The house is very clean, kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and kids had lots of board games to keep the preoccupied. The bed is so comfortable too. It is located just across the pub and is very convenient if you cant be bothered cooking.

Dishwasher is a bit old and at times difficult to pull the rack out. However, cleaned well.

The amenities that were provided were amazing. The house was nicely situated and only half n hour away from Mt Buller Village. The decor and aesthetics of the accommodation was very welcoming. I did get lost in finding the entrance and the hosts were very kind to help out and were a phone call away.

I wish it had an electric blanket on the bed as really feel the cold.

Enough beds for a family of 5. Nice and warm with heaters in all rooms plus a fire place. Spa bath was great. Had everything we needed and close to ski fields. Pub right next door. Beautiful views of the hills.

Amazing views and great layout. Lot's of thought was put into comfort details. Comfy beds and overall really cozy for a Winter stay. The hosts where super helpful and friendly through the booking process and our stay. Will definitely book again.

Needs a shower caddy for toiletries and there are no shelves in the bathroom. Microwave provided but asks for no cooking smells.

The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen and facilities were fantastic.The fact that there was a wood fire to dry wet boots and a washing machine and dryer made the trip very stress free. Not to mention the amazing views and the fact that we were within walking distance to our event. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

The host is very responsive and the house has exceeded my expectations Spacious and very clean house and complete set kitchenware for us to use. Having a dryer is a plus point for us to dry our wet skiing gear. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The utensils, such as pots/pans/cups/glasses are not very clean, and the oven is a filth, we had to wash everything again ourselves before using. It seems like they solely rely on the previous guests to clean up the kitchen after themselves, and if they haven't done it properly, we're left with whatever state they left those utility in. Hairs on the bathroom floor. one of the towels was semi-wet... No tissue box in the whole place

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment at ELM, it's very spacious for just three of us. The living and dinning area is spacious, it has a full kitchen and both bedrooms come with its own ensuites, one of the bedrooms has a double bedroom and a bunkbeds The bed is very comfortable with adequate linen cover. Love the fire place in the living room, which warms up the whole space without an aircon

If i was to pick one thing that could be improved it would be the heating as it took a while to heat up for us to be totally comfortable. The Pub next door wasn't open on the Wednesday night which was a surprise to us and a little inconvenient but no big deal.

Easy place to find as it's practically on the main road through Merrijig. Then found the apartment straight away with the help of signs, clearly marking the way. The bathroom was great as it had a heated towel rail, also the steam reduction system worked well. All in all the small but very comfortable room was perfect fit for me and my partner.

Parking and having to walk to the apartment in the rain - this was only a minor issue though as there was nothing else that we didn't like
