There was no communication about facilities that were not available such as the spa. When I asked at reception the staff were not polite at all - quite abrupt in their approach

If your campervan utilizes gas that needs refills and cannot be replaced, don't expect to refill it anywhere close to the camping site! They didn't have it either. We stopped by over 4 places around town and we couldn't find it.

Quiet and calm location. Great for couples and families looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach. The drive from the park to the center of the city is a little long, but that was what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly. We left our hose in our campsite, and it disappeared. We asked the employees and they found it for us very quickly. I'd stay there again!

The strick in and out policy and you must be out by 10.00 am or we will charge you a fee. When we went camping with four kids and all 10.00 am is a big ask and I think that policy sucks There needs to be some flexibility particularly with powered sites as there is no cleaning involved compared to a cabin Life goes on and I feel you will never change your policies so You can keep control of your park. I understand that but the wording on the arrival information form I felt threatened to perform. I/we do the right thing as we have camped at many places over the last 30 years and this one I felt a little uncomfortable

contactless entry, but have to rummage through (touching) everyone else’s ’contactless’ envelope in the safe to find your own - hardly contactless! not impressed at the number of well grasses, empty sights, yet we were allocated a dirt patch where it was obvious a tent had been for an extended period

Cabin wasn’t as spacious l had expected for three adults especially one large adult in a bunk bed. We needed beds not bunk beds. Fortunately the bunk bed was comfortable enough for the adult to sleep in for a short stay. This was our booking fault not the caravan park’s problem.

Excellent location and facilities. Close to shops. Clean, well laid out park. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

It could have enhanced the holiday if the swimming pool opened earlier. At 9:00 AM the pool supervisor was still not ready for us to enter.

The location was great, very close to Anglesea lake and surrounding beaches. The park and facilities really gave a feeling of being on holidays, friendly, relaxing, beautiful scenery, ducks and rabbits milling around on the property. Great value for buck!

Family cabin was very clean and comfortable. Floors were also clean & sand free which was very good for the kids. Security was good and cabin was fitted with the required kitchen utensils. Great for a short break enroute to other destinations.

The weather was pretty cold overnight when we were there. The heating in the living area was good (air con) but there was no heating in the bedroom (OK because the bed was warm) and the bathroom (chilly getting out of the shower).

The cabins are comfortable and set up well for a short stay. Good parking. Close to the town centre, close to scenic walks along the beach. Good distance between the cabins. Good to have a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony at front. Clear communication beforehand on where to find the keys for the cabin when we arrived.
