Although minor these extra things would make this apartment perfect; Two pillows for each person on the bed and not one Face washers Better curtains in the bedroom over the bed to prevent the light coming through (the head of the bed lies directly beneath the window making it difficult to sleep with so much light from the foyer coming through)

Next time, I'd like to try a lower floor. The stairs are quite challenging for elderly people. Beyond that, no problems.

Loved the decor, and especially loved the internal shuttered glass window into the big bathroom. The apartment has given me some improvement ideas for a place I own in Townsville!

Ants in the kitchen. Need to be treated to get rid of ants.

The unit was clean, quiet area, comfortable. The only discomfort was ants over the kitchen bench with no way of getting rid of them.

Wi-Fi was the weakest, expect no wifi as when it connected it doesnt really connect.

VERY CLEAN and DECENT 1BR apartment. Gin was very helpful regarding the early check-in or just to drop a bag before our check in time. Located just walking distance to the centre.

On a number oc occasions there was no hot water. The traffic is noisy at times.

Central location to medical services, restaurants, waterfront and shopping districts. Secure undercover parking.

The bed was not great. Suggest it needs replacing. The pillows were very light weight and soft. No hairdryer.

Location was walkable to main centre of Cairns. The price was very reasonable. The apartment was clean and effort made to make attractive. Newly painted.

A few extras were missing in kitchen (tea towel, dish cloth). Also, laundry sink plug was missing. The crockery was chipped so definitely needs to be replaced. The interior of apartment looked a bit tired (compared to the fresh white paint on exterior) but that is probably reflected in the current price! Some areas could have been a bit cleaner (e.g., some kitchen utensils in cupboard had not been checked for cleanliness after previous guests checked out).

A one-bedroom apartment with separate lounge room and window doors/balcony. The kitchen was roomy enough for cooking a few meals. The bathroom also had laundry facilities. Good location for walking around the main streets of Cairns and returning to apartment in-between (e.g., lunchtime, pre-dinner). Manager was not on-site but promptly replied to my message (re using garage for last night of our stay).

Very ordinary, it needs a lot of work. The bathroom needs updating you couldn’t use the plug for the hair dryer as it kept dropping out of the plug, so I had to use a point in the kitchen with no mirror.

My apartment had a power point that I would consider dangerous. It hung out of the wall, so I would not touch it.

Only 10 minutes from the airport, the apartments are very centrally located close to many attractions including the lagoon, art gallery, aquarium and shopping centres.
