Airconditioning in every room. (Only one air conditioner in the living area. Garage is too small and low for a full size 4 x 4. More cooking utensils and of better quality. Fridge lacked door tray retainers. Back area required weeding and clothes line was rather daggy. I understand the relatively new owners are working towards improvements.

Great space for 3 adults and a toddler. Bathroom was recently renovated. Great laundry facilities. Good kitchen cooking space. Good size fridge, stove and double sink. Very clean and presented well.

Pulled out the sofa lounge and its mattress appeared to have blood and vomit stains on it. We were horrified, it was disgusting! Wasn’t game to sleep on it so instead slept on the floor.

There were clear holes in the walls patched up, there was cracks in the wall that weren’t which wasn’t pleasant. No cloth to clean dishes with but expected dishes to be washed upon leaving. Carpet was in bad condition. Stayed at hotel for 11 days and was not offered cleaning service mid stay so no new bed linen or towels. No fitted sheet on bed so made things very difficult once moving during the night.

I liked the location and the bathroom. Great laundry facilities and good tv.

Absolutely nothing to not like - we needed to stay a little longer on our last day as daughter had been at the hospital until 3.30am and needed a rest. No problem at all. It was certainly very much appreciated - thank you. We will be staying with you again when visiting Toowoomba xo

bathroom wasnt very well clean, dirt on floors, walls all dirty and fingermarks all over the TV, opened the cutlery drawer and was breadcrumbs everywhere in the top drawer. Needs a good clean and or be cleaned properly

The pictures are of a fresh and airy living area but the unit we had was not, all the vertical drapes where not complete and let light in during the night. It's in a good location but needs a refurbisment.

THe bed was comfortable and the rooms where clean and tidy. It contains washing machine and dryer which are a bonus if staying for 3 plus days.

The rooms were clean and very spacious, all the facilities including the washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Cooking facilities also. Can't speak highly enough about this motel. Not much when you for drive in but the owner was so nice. Definitely be back here when I come to Toowoomba again.

Parking spaces if you are travelling in group as there is only room for 1 vehicle in lock up garage ( if car fits) .

The 2 bedroom unit was clean , comfortable & great in size . Kitchen area had all of the appropriate appliances as well as the seperate laundry space. Property is close to local shopping centre & town for social scene.

Very poor cleaning, was very disappointing. I don’t mind if the rooms, furniture are dated but some was in quite rough condition and the cleanlinesses was very poor/ no cleaning done (for a while I suspect) except for fresh bed sheets and inside of the toilet. There was thick dust, hair, dried beard stubble in soap dish of shower, crumbs/dust/ smudge on dining table, thick smudge around door knobs ect… It really put a damper to the whole stay.

Manager was very lovely and accommodating. The price was okay, too.

Staff was fantastic, the room was perfect and ideal. The beds were 100 times better than other accommodation places in town. We were able to get a good nights rest after a full day of activities.
