Room was clean and comfortable. Pieros studio is located near the beautiful beach and nice coffe shop :). Highly recommend for short stay to enjoy Paleokastritsa.

There is a car/scooter rental in front of the room so there was always some people around and we lacked privacy. The bathroom needs renovation. The fridge and air conditioning were very loud and disturbed sleeping.

The place was clean and close to the restaurants/beaches etc. Studio is spacious - we had a small room, a kitchenette and bedroom at our disposal.

in general. the place is pretty quiet. But the upper level of the property is managed by different owner. he trusts that drilling the floor above the heads of tourists in the middle of April is fine. This is not against law, and he is able to provide tones of reasons to justify his behaviour. On some days they could drill from 9 am till 8 pm. with the break on 3 pm due to local legislation. I was remotely working, so it was a challenge.. My hosts were doing their best to find alternative solutions. For entertainment internet is fine in all areas , though for working purposes the signal is strong enough in living room.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. This is family business. They also rent cars, bikes . Apartments are clean, cosy and comfortable. Location is very good . close to bus stop, beaches and supermarket. Cleaning is done every second day. Hair drier, iron is available on request. Bed is comfortable.

The furniture was a little bit old, but this thing you see on the pictures already.

The location of the property was great. It was close to the supermarkets and the restaurants. Also close to the main attractions of Palaiokastritsa. The host was very nice, helps us with some advice regarding the main places to visit on the island. The cleaning was done at the end of the each day, they changed the towels, even if we stayed 4 nights

First of all when we arrived there were nobody at the property to meet us and give us the keys for our room. We were looking around for almost half an hour, texted the property via booking messages, called the phone listed here on booking but no one responded. After all I checked google maps and there were another phone, we called and a lady picked up, she told us to wait 10-15 minutes. After they passed, still no one showed up. I called again and she nervously replied that we are gonna wait as much is needed. I want to note that after whole day of traveling the last thing that we wanted was to wait already around an hour to get to our room and get changed. When finally the man arrived he was is not rush at all. He was moving slow, joking around about us waiting, etc. Our first night there were no electricity, it’s not the property fault.

The property is close to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

The location faces the road. This might be an oversight we are to blame for and not the hotel but please be aware that during the busy summer months it means constant traffic noise. If, like us, you mean to leave in the morning and return at evening time this may not be an issue but if loud noise bothers you we suggest booking a quiet hotel far from the bustling costal road. There is also a bad smell in the back garden because some of the other buildings have bad plumbing.

This is a decent place in the sense that it has a roof, electric power, a kitchen, a shower, and a bathroom. If you mean to spend most of your time out-doors it is not a bad choice, but it is not a great one either.

-The bathroom and towels were a bit old, not very clean feeling for the price paid. -The noise of the cars on the highway in front of the room makes the terrace useless

The studios are not easy to find because of the lack of GMaps indications or on-site marking. The kitchen and the bath appliances are worn out and not very clean. Nightime it is noisy due to the traffic. There was a lot of mosquitos in the room.

There is a small but scenic garden with chairs and table set in front of the studio entrance. Central location, close to nice supermarkets and restaurants. Clean and fresh towels.
