I would have liked two comfy chairs, we could have got a second chair as offered in the information sheet we were provided but as we were only there for one night we didn't bother. There was only a wine glass and I am a scotch drinker and my husband is a beer drinker so a glass for him and myself would have been nice. The hotel kindly gave us a schooner glass and offered me a tumbler when we were having dinner there but I was ready for a cup of tea by this stage so didn't worry about it, apart from these very minor things no problems at all would certainly stay there again and happy to recommend the hotel to anyone.

The shower was excellent, bed very comfortable. The room was very clean and we had a great sleep very quiet. We were initially offered a room on what we thought would be the noisy side of the hotel as it was on the main road. They quite happily changed our room to a room that we thought would be quieter. Staff were very informative and cheerful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Parking was plentiful and the meal at the hotel next door was good value for money and conveniently located to the hotel. There is a Dan Murphy's in walking distance and the hotel is in a very good location. I thought the cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the facilities provided and would certainly stay there again.

There was an issue with the keys to my room not working but the staff immediately upgraded me to a larger and nicer room to accommodate the issue at no extra charge.

Great value overnight stay for a sporting event in South Nowra. The 2 drink vouchers and the 10% off our meals at the pub was great! Food there was very good and would definitely eat there again. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty basic but hit the spot, and having a barista made coffee for an extra few dollars was a bonus.

there is no bath in the apartment which was different from the pictures shown on booking.com, the microwave was not working.

3 beds apt is good for family travel, good location in the middle of Jervis bay and Kangaroo valley, the staff are very friendly and supportive.

A little bit tired and old. It’s not a lovely place but it is fine, it’s clean and functional.

I didn't have the exact change that the barista needed for me to have a cappuccino. The jug of milk next to the urn wasn't cold and there were only paper cups provided for tea and coffee. Maybe a pod machine, either in the room or at breakfast would be nice. The empty plant pots on the walls outside the rooms were spilling water onto the tiles making the walkway a hazard.

We return to this hotel because we know the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms good. The location is ideal with the bar and bistro so close. Even though it's on the highway noise isn't really a problem. Included breakfast is a bonus - especially as I wasn't expecting it to be hot food in addition to the usual continental options. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom can be handy. Vouchers for a free drink a nice touch.

Everything super simple -- check in / breakfast / parking etc. Room was absolutely perfect for a family, loved the water in the fridge - thank you. Swimming pool perfect for the kids.

Pot holes in the carpark.

Clean, comfy beds, practical room layout , good shower. Plus a complimentary delicious hot breakfast and drinks on arrival.Almost forgot to mention 10% discount on dinner at bistro!

Water was dripping down from the Aircon units outside the rooms.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Customer service was excellent.

No bible, and I did search. Also no microwave, which I saw you could request, but would have been nice not to have to. Also I am not a fan of doonas, you are either hot with them on or cold when kicked off, I would much prefer blankets.
