Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Canadalocation is quiet but a bit far from downtown, felt a bit uncomfortable walking back even at 9 pm as Darwin is sketchy! Nice to have a pool but it was a bit small.
very nice and helpful staff, comfortable room, good housekeeping. We even got a sea view. free breakfast was ok apart from the coffee!

AustraliaThere was a kitchenette in the room with a fridge but no sink or cutlery/plates etc, a bit of a waste. We checked in late Thursday night and checked out late Monday night and only had housekeeping once in the room. Had to go ask ourselves for extra toilet roll and towels.

AustraliaIt would be too much to ask for, but if the housekeepers could sweep the dust and hairs on the floor, It would be a bonus.
Breakfast was sufficient enough, especially if you're not a carnivore type (pun intended). The ladies who served breakfast were fantastic and constantly had a smile on their faces. The room is clean, towels, face washers, and foot towels are changed daily, and the bed linen is changed and done. When we requested a microwave in our room, the housekeepers went beyond their job and grabbed that for us with plates, bowls, spoons and forks. We appreciate it.

PolandBreakfast is very standart. Just cereals and milk every day. It would be good to have different options, even if that would require and extra payment. Car parking is also not included in the room price.
The room was cleaned and organized every day. Bed is really comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Hotel is located walking distance to the city centre.
