Could Have had a better range of cups & mugs for tea & coffee

Ventilation is a problem on level 7 of the property. I couldn’t leave the door open at night otherwise very large population of small insects would come in and I would find them gathering on the roof! Dozens of them! If you put the AC on then you get really dry. Would be good to have a second door with a fly screen. I also had very bad allergies- not sure if this is Canberra or the room- but huge insect population that entered room on 7th level may suggest moisture problem Which may suggest mould problem. Also- an oven is advertised, but it is just a microwave with a “slow cook” function. I wanted an oven so that I could prepare meals- but this restricted what I could make. The bed was comfy, the apartment was neat and tidy, the two televisions were big and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were nice and professional.

The property is very modern and looks clean. It is spacious and makes good use of the space. Parking is abundant and secure.

Adjoining room were smoking on the balcony which filtered into our room. Not very sound proof, could hear the guests next door arguing with our doors closed.

Great size room. Fridge had a freezer which is handy when travelling for sport. Great parking available. Property was easy to find & plenty of foot options not too far away.

the in-room table and chairs were a little small and cramped in the corner when I had to get a few last-minute work items done that came up during the night, and the in-room clock/ipod dock was -very- dated and ended up just using my phone for the alarm.

the bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was a comfortable size with suitable amenities such as the fridge and tea/coffee facilities, the in-room tv was a good size, and the staff were amazingly helpful for any questions you may have during the stay.

The only real issue is one of the wardrobe doors not sliding properly. I didn't need that fixed. I reported that to the property and they will no doubt address it in the near future.

I really enjoy staying at this place because it's well away from the highway and therefore quiet. It is also dark, great for sleeping. I also like it because it is a full one-room apartment and there is lots of space and cooking facilities.

I would have liked an in house breakfast option. NOrthbourne Avenue is getting a lot busier at night and on the 7th floor I could hear the nighttime traffic in my room.

I have stayed at these apartments on lots of occasions over the years. Always clean, comfortable and well-located, The only thing this time was that the shower leaked onto the floor if the door was left open by mistake. Easily fixed!

The staff weren't particularly welcoming when we checked in however this improved with our stay.

The room layout was great - exactly what we needed for our short stay. The walk in shower was well set up for people with mobility impairments. We also liked the car park set up and the easy access to the Pavilion Hotel on Northbourne Avenue.

* No privacy locks on bathroom door * Bed mattresses uncomfortably soft * Dining chairs were significantly damaged * Glass in coffee table was not secured and slipped off its metal frame! My child was bruised as a result. * Carpets didn't look vacuumed and housekeeping could have been better e.g. carpets not vacuumed, beds not tidied well, not all towels replaced and room was not aired out * No shops or amenities within walking distance * Room smelled of food upon check in. Air freshener would have made a big difference.
