A minor detail: it would help to waterproof the shower door.

A well-appointed, very comfortable and spacious apartment in prime location. A huge living/dining/kitchen area with covered balcony, nice bedroom and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. One block from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk in one direction & cafes, shops and IGA on the main street in the other direction. An easy access to the coastal walk. A fantastic bakery/patisserie on the ground floor of the building & a great Italian restaurant across the street. The resort has undercover parking, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis courts and numerous semi-private seating areas. A good place to chill out with friends or family.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our visit.

We were there for a netball tournament so the location was perfect, only 7 minutes away. We were close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets as well. The apartment was super clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. Spacious outdoor patio and a feature I absolutely loved was the covered, secure clothesline area so we could hang our washing. Kitchen had everything we needed.

the constant slamming of the security door from the lift lobby on the ground floor was a pain

We couldn’t stay there as we had an emergency back in the UK so my sister-in-law and her sister went and loved everything about the property. I am writing on behalf of them.

Lack of servicing of apartment during 6 night stay, additional towels, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee/tea condiments would have been great. + beach towels for pool/beach would have been helpful.

Great location, quiet, had washing machine & clothes rack. Spa & secure car park, good security. Nice apartments, with the amazing Pastry Lab downstairs!

- Location is excellent. Close to the beach, esplanade, Kings Beach and an excellent patisserie downstairs - Pool area is wonderful and the pool is heated so swimming is very comfortable - Modern apartment with everything you need while on holiday - Great air conditioning

Fabulous views from this apartment, lovely indoor/outdoor flow. Very spacious. Good central location. Easy walk to Caloundra Sunday market and shops. Fabulous cake and coffee shop in the building. Julie our host was friendly and welcoming.

Some dishes weren't clean and one of the ACs condensated some water on top of the soundbar next to the TV.

Very nice and modern, just about everything one would need. Great AC, spacious facilities for cooking and BBQ, pool area was excellent. And to top it off, there was even a Finnish sauna, which I can approve as a Finn myself. And the price was not bad at a central location. Well done!

Bathroom sink tap was comically small but didn't particularly take away from the experience. Some additional bin bags and tea towels would be appreciated. Televisions that could be casted to (Apple Air Play or Chrome Cast) would be excellent but not expected.

Very central to restaurants, shopping, and cinemas (< 2 minutes walk). Apartment exceptionally clean and comfortable - felt like staying in a second home. Aircon throughout ensured stay was pleasant at all hours for any activity. Aspect's amenities were better than anticipated with a generous pool, hot tub, and tennis court. All facilities excellently maintained.

There was air con in the main room and lounge room but the other side of the apartment (kitchen and other 2 bedrooms) had only ceiling fans. Due to the large size of the apartment the air con didn't really travel up the other end making it fairly hot

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The sunday markets are just up the road. Rooms were huge with wonderful views. Pool and sauna were well looked after.

We stayed 10 days, so not enough toilet paper, rubbish bags , dish washing powder or clothes washing powder. Found this a bit mean, we had to go out and buy them.

Great location. Nice appartments. Great pool. Will definitely stay again.
