Sliding door kept jamming, so was hard to close. Car parks are too small and hard to get a hilux into and out off depending on available parks.

Happened to be nice and quiet. Staff on check in were nice. Room was clean enough.

People being loud and walking past my room on the shared balcony so I had to stay in there with my curtains closed the whole time and it made me feel unsafe. Noisy guests but it's AS and can't get away from them. The mattress was cheap, hard and uncomfortable. No bottled water in the fridge.

I liked the location as it's not right in the middle of town. The room was clean and tidy. Cleaning staff were friendly.

This is a very dated hotel and needs a refit. The first room the fridge didn’t work so had to be moved to another. Dated carpet on communal walk ways. It’s single glazed so you can hear wildlife and noise outside. There were some bugs in my room, cricket by fridge and a beetle in my bed, I was told this was due to the rainfall and humidity. They were loudly drilling around the pool at one point. The cold tap didn’t work in my shower it was warm water. Unfortunately there’s not a whole lot of choice for a central location in Alice Springs. Pretty pricey as well. For the location and price I don’t think you’ll get any better as there’s a lack of choice. Despite the negatives of the room and noise, the staff were amazing and attentive and I did get a good nights sleep either side of my Uluru tour.

Near to main shopping areas. Friendly helpful staff, especially the female receptionist on the afternoon shift.

AC a little under powered in the rooms, but not a

Not a luxury hotel, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. It was perfect for 2 overnights at the start and end of our red centre safari, especially as it was a pick up point. Great that they stored our main luggage too.

The air conditioning in our room did not work very well so it was impossible to sleep in the heat. The pool was also full of bees in the evening unfortunately. For laundry service only cash was accepted and hotel couldn’t help getting cash out (nearest ATM closed).

Room was good and clean, pool was nice and cool, easy to get to from the airport.

The first room I was offered had been left with maintenance equipment in it and TV mounts on the floor and bed. I was immediately given a new room when reported this. Check in was very slow. Wasn't the staff - was the system, so I can't blame them.

The room was great, shower was nice and good pressure. Very spacious room and good sized bar fridge. Good areas to sit and was easy to work from the room while I was there.

The room was large, well equipped and clean, bed was comfortable. Perfect for one night's stay and absolutely reasonable for the price. Parking available. We would stay again.

Common areas are pretty shabby. Lots of noise from outside all through the night - god knows what was going on.

Room was actually quite decent and very large. Good shower. Also like that they left milk in fridge for coffee/tea.

The hotel was conveniently located near the mall, cafes, restaurants and shops. After a day out sightseeing in Alice Springs and exploring the East and West McDonald ranges, the pool was great to cool off in and the BBQ area was handy to prepare and cook meals.

The step into the shower was really high and I’m only short. Just matter of time before someone slips over and breaks something. Might be something to look at in the near future.

Lighting in the rooms was not very bright. Also felt very exposed if curtains left open as entire front wall was window.

Very good restaurant on site. Gated parking, which was very good.
