We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

No fitness centre, just a treadmill in the underground car park with a pool table Bit misleading Wifi connection is very slow

Australiathe fact that was no service we stayed 10 days and the sheets were never changed I eventually found clean sheets it the cupboard above the bed but that was on day 9 in all my years of travelling I have never had to change the bed linen I was on holidays and I don't expect to have to change the sheets. when you are paying $200 a night Aso the garage had no internal stairs to the units and it was raining when we arrived so we got rather wet we knew there was no lift but we did not expect to have to go out into the rain a covered walkway might have been better

AustraliaEverything was pretty good, the only thing was the oven in our unit was unusual and not easy to operate, but I didn't bother to ask for instructions.
The location was great, and the pool and spa really good as well. Loved having undercover secure parking. Staff very helpful when I asked for an extra blanket as it was July, and it was a colder than usual winter in Sth East Queensland.

AustraliaSmall issue, I found the remote controlled fans in lounge & bedroom very hit and miss in turning off and on. This is not unique to this property however with my previous experience at other properties the same.
I usually go to medium high rises with lifts but due to a dearth of properties I booked a walk up instead. I knew Aussie was a fairly dated property from living on the Gold Coast 15 years ago but was really pleased with the quality of the 1 bedroom I got. Top floor overlooking the Aussie pool and gardens, unit was spic & span, had clearly been renovated at some point and the comfort of the unit was rounded out by beautiful quiet, night & day. The managers Ren & Ting Ting lovely people with the former helping me on day 1 to reboot Austar (full) which had apparently gone off line. Good bathroom, comfy lounge and bed and well equipped kitchen. Will stay again as long as I can get the same unit.

great location, short walk to commune cafe etc, 5-10 min walk to major supermarkets, 5 sec walk to the beach, 5-10 min walk to great restaurants Justin Lane area. The managers of Aussie Resort were very accommodating, the rates were great. The resort and facilities were very well maintained. I stayed in two apartments for the duration of my stay, both were very well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay again
