This is a beautiful residence with swimming pool. Everything was just perfect. Out flat was just next to the swimming pool, it was so nice. Really clean, you can cook easily in the kitchen. Actually it’s even nicer than it looks on these photos. We definitely will back next time if we are in Sardinia.

Very nice and calm pool and garden area with snack bar access. Rooms ok, no luxory but all is clean and working fine. Hotel is situated between the two sides of arbatax with walking distance to both the harbour side and the beach. The feel is that it is a little bit at the ”entrance” of the village, no problem though since it is calm and the area is really small. Recommend to take the full day boat trips to visit the gulf of orosei beaches.

Perfect for a holiday with the family. The small apartment and the swimming pool are way nicer than the pictures. The apartment was clean and everything new and nicely kept. It was quiet so ideal if you have small kids. It is walking distance from a small supermarket, the pharmacy, and restaurants. A short car drive away from beautiful beaches.

It would be nice if the hotel could also provide breakfast.

We like this hotel very much. It's the second time that we are staying here. The hotel has big comfortable rooms, location close to the city centre (and there are several nice restaurants in the vicinity) and the beach (within 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes driving by car). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a good value for money and we enjoyed our stay in Arbatax.

That place was the fantastic choice we have made, stuff was very friendly, appartamento had everything we have needed, localization close to the port and small center of the city, beach also not so far away. Swimming pool very clean and comfy for small and big ones. I really recommend for the quiet and comfortable family stay.

The last day, we had to check out by 10am. Our flight was only at 8pm, yet we were asked to leave the premises and were told we could not use the pool anymore because they were fully booked. That was a slight disappointment as throughout the rest of the stay we had been absolutely well serviced.

We appreciated friendliness of the staff, the time they took at reception to provide information and recommendations, the big, comfortable and clean apartment.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Each apartment has a nice terrace. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The nearest beach is located within 15 minutes of walk or 5 minutes by car, and there are some other very nice beaches in the area, where you can go by car. The old town of Arbatax and the port are located nearby, and there are many nice restaurants in the vicinity, where you can walk from the hotel.

The biggest minus is, that we heard absolutely everything from all of ours neighbour guests. House has too thin walls so you can hear every step, fight, sex, chidrens cry.... some days/nights it was wery disturbing. We stay 6nights and noone came to clean our place, guest must take out garbage themselves.

1- curtains are not totally opaque (some lights comes in the morning .. it can wake you up 2- you do not have access to both swimming pool (including the one for baby) when you are at the annexe - but the dedicated swimming pool is good

In 11 days there was really no contact with the hosts except on arrival and departure. For private and small accommodation, we found it rather strange that no one came to ask how we were doing at least once. Although very professional, it was all pretty cold, as with rent-a-car companies: you pay, you sign the terms and condtions and that is it. Hot water was also a problem, as the heater had not yet worked on arrival and the first morning, which is unacceptable for such relatively expensive accommodation. We had a feeling the hosts weren’t particularly worried about this, some guys just came to repair it the next morning and in the afternoon it was all ok. They could repay at least with some symbolic gift and/or apology, if not with a discount for the first night.

Visiting in June it was pretty empty- enjoyed the pool to ourselves pretty much.

in the middle of nowhere. what is dissapoiting: you’re siting by the pool, you’re buying a drink and few seconds later a bartenter tells you: We‘re closing Right Now! The light inside the rooms is terrible. only cold lights. nothing pleasant. After all, after you’ll leave and pay for your stay you will be charged the reasons you won’t know. just for anything. i don’t want to spend my time for arguing but think it not right.
