We had to take everything up the stairs which was fine but a lift would have just made it easier for us.

Hotel was close to the children's hospital and we were able to get a park out side the hotel which made it a lot easier. The receptionist was very friendly. The room matched the description and looked great. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Too much noise. Kitchen meant to be open 8am-8pm, but guests were using it as of 6am and still using it up until 10pm. The room I was in 107, is directly opposite the kitchen, thus the noise is loud. The walls are thin, I could hear everything!!!! I could hear everyone talking!!!

Location ideal. Room was small but clean and had everything I needed.

Reception was rarely open. I was Was harassed for payment many time a day while out for business even days before check out and then no one at reception to take payment when we got home. Cleaning provided only once every 3-4 days. The rooms are very tired and tatty. Old carpets were smelly.

We needed accommodation very close to Prince of Wales hospital and this place was ideal. It was clean and comfortable.

As above - no car parking and no information re none The general look was tired and "grubby" Rooms are photoshopped and not at all at the space imagined Guests must carry phone with them if they get locked out of room which can happen Strong pork oil fumes waft up the corridor and overwhelming

Nothing - receptionist was kind but not at all helpful where I could park car - it was extremely frustrating to 'discover" no car park and no idea where to park without a fine

Room was quite small and daily housekeeping not included. Reception hours quite limited and some of the reception staff were not warm & friendly. TV was set to loud volume every time it was turned on !

So close to the light rail, place was easy to get to. Room was set up really nicely, shower was amazing and the bed was super comfy. Check in was also really simple and the staff were helpful as we were running late so they made sure to get our key to us a different way after hours.

It was easy to get to, close the UNSW. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Easy instructions.

Pin access to door. Cleaner removed my toiletries and said she didn’t. Had to re-purchase tooth brush, toothpaste, make up remover. Management said they don’t replace lost items but cleaner took them. No parking on site either.

Fantastic location, close to Coogee beach (20 min walk) and public transport. Clean and free of creepy crawlies that you mind find in other places. Plus the bed was so comfortable haven’t slept so peacefully in a long time

Very nicely located property in a fun new neighborhood for us (Randwick) with close access to services, great restaurants, the anirport and the bus to many beaches. We loved our stay and would definitely come back when next in the area.

The walls were paper thin and unfortunately there was a group of 5 or 6 drunk rowdy young men in the room next door arguing with more of their mates that were standing in the hallway. This carried on until 3:30am even after numerous requests to please quieten down. I was there with my 80 year old mother as it was the night before my wedding. There was no after hours contact number within the room (we were informed the following morning it is written by the front door which we hadn’t seen on arrival as we were carrying all our wedding things and trying to get in quickly out of the heavy rain. We also ended up walking in the rain from 5 minutes around the corner as there was no parking out the front or on the premises. Ended up only getting an hour sleep (thank god for the makeup for my wedding day!) When I told reception upon checkout I was told one of the other guests had also rung and complained about the people fighting on our floor and that we should have called as well. I said the after hours number wasn’t listed anywhere in the room which was when we were told it was outside. I also explained we were too scared to come out past the group of young fighting men outside our door and were going to call the police, reception seemed disinterested and just said “oh sorry about that”. Overall just not a great experience.

The location was close to where we needed to be.
