Usual for tropical areas but there was a huge cockroach running around the room when we got up. It ran under the bed so not able to catch it!

Only stayed for one night and arrived late in the evening and left at 5am when still dark, so didn’t get an opportunity to see the surroundings. However the cabin was nice, well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Forget The old Bali Hai. The renovated Balli Hai has a pool area and camp kitchen. It was the ideal location during the school holidays. The Air Conditioning worked well .

Really friendly staff, super fast check in and out. Villa was great; decent size and well looked after. Good Wi-Fi Super close to the beach, 1min away.

The holiday park was quiet and calm and the staff were really nice and helpful. The location was close to the greyhound bus stop and a grocery store. We didn't have a car so moving around Mission Beach was a little bit tricky but the holiday park offered bicycles for rent, which was great and allowed us to visit other parts of Mission Beach. Overall, really good stay and would definitely return.

I loved the little villa. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped with kitchen essentials. I especially loved the little basket of BBQ necessities. Robyn was extremely friendly and helpful and very sincere.

We loved our stay at Bali Hai holiday park! Robyn & Dave were fantastic throughout and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable/ enjoyed our time. Our villa was clean, spacious, quiet and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful and very well kept. Could not recommend enough.

Only stayed for one night but lack of luggage storage would be a bit difficult to manage staying longer. Location is perfect for the beach but a bit out of the way to restaurants in mission beach

Bungalow was in a perfect position to the beach. Perfect size for two people ideally on a short break. Very ly comfortable with excellent beds and AC. Staff were really helpful. A great place

Loved everything!

Myself and my friend had a lovely warm welcome from the staff at the holiday park. They were very attentive and helped us with our luggage. The lady at the desk showed us where we could do our laundry which was really helpful. Lovely pool too.

Fantastic location on beach front.. clean attractive cabins and grounds with all the comforts you need.. very confy beds.. the pool looks amazing.We couldn't fault the hosts.. exceptional customer experience!!! They helped us out with the flood disaster in FNQ. Kept us in the same cabin for hugely reduced rate.. very thankful 🙏

Everything was great , if had to pick any fault at all the dinner plates are more like side plates but then I like a lot of salad .... The site is probably more suited if you have transport ( which I did ) , however there is a large supermarket in walking distance.

The site was,lovely and clean , quiet and the unit was well equipped. The breakfast bar on the verandah was perfect for watching the waves . Beautiful pool and excellent laundry facilities.
