“Paid for private kitchen. Was advised after 1 day that the kitchen outside our hut/room was for everyone. Just loved the smell of curries in my unit/room? Paid extra for a private kitchen and received nothing resembling such. Not even a private fridge big or little. This is at the lowest end of hostel and should not be allowed on the bookings site as accommodation stayed 2 days, paid for a week. DISGUSTING. private email to Bookings .com has been sent!”
