I think that it just needs a thorough dust and sweep to meet my high standards.

A good size unit. Neat and tidy. Comfortable bed. Quiet location with lots of facilities such as a pool, tennis court, BBQ area etc. Owners super friendly and they attended to our requests straight away. All the essentials were included even Glad wrap, foil, paper towelling and a wireless phone charging clock radio.

The only thing is the use of those Airwick plug in air fresheners which made the room smell a little stale. Besides that, everything was great!

Craig was very lovely. He was very helpful with figuring out where to eat in town. The room was clean and spacious and the place was quiet.

Wifi wasn't really working very well but I did not expect there to be any wifi so brought my own portable Telstra modem. Did not hear from the staff at all all stay (good for privacy but would have asked for extra towels). Would have been good to have floor towels for the bathroom. Would have been good to have clothes racks inside since it was pretty wet outside to use the clothesline during this time of the year. Would have been good to have some equipment to clean up the floors (vaccuum cleaner & dustpan with broom).

Lots of privacy. Rooms were well equipped for a family for a week. Very convenient for unloading and loading the car with gear each day. Very spacious. Modern yet homely. Great environment as soon as you open both front and back doors. Easy to air out the room.

Enjoyed the outdoor area with camp-fire at night. Location was close to a petrol station, ski equipment hire shop and 10 minutes to town centre. Kids enjoyed the playground.

Bathroom was cold (in July) as there was no heating - must use the fan before starting the shower otherwise the floor is awash with condensation. No wifi. No operating instructions for anything, no information about the local area. Outside dining area was not maintained - eg. a dirty plate with food still on it and greasy bbq implements - all covered in dust so had been there quite a while (probably since summertime?). Lack of dishwasher means that the diligence of the previous occupants in washing up is paramount, but not always evident.

Quiet location and room only 5 min. drive into town. Heating was great, except for the bathroom. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities had all neccessary things - but no dish washer. Large room so lots of space - including a couch, lounge chairs and coffee table, as well as a dining table and chairs.

All good till one hour after check out, a cleaner called and accused us for removing 6 pillow cases from the cabin. When asked which cabin she was referring to (we booked two cabins), she could not give clear answer. Then after 3 or 4 intense phone calls, the cleaner admitted that she called the wrong person. Not a pleasant experience, especially when we put a lot of effort to leave the cabins in a clean and tidy condition as we always do with other properties we stayed.

Great rooms with great facilities. Did not use much of the outdoor facilities due to the weather but the outdoor facilities are great.
