The bed seems to have been higher in the middle with a depression where I slept. Comfortable though. The room could be a bit larger. At the pool there was almost never a lounger in shade available. Inconsiderate guests place their belongings on the loungers, and disapear doing other things often for two to three hours. No one is able to use the lougers and there are only 4 or 5 in shade at any time. No significant negatives really

The Staff at Bech Club are freindly, competent, helpful and welcoming. Couldnt be better. Food was very good with good choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Proximity to beach and exceptional watersport facility is the best I have ever experienced. (67 years old, many similar vacations to compare).

Beds were not the best and rolled into the middle. Daily room clean was very basic and not cleaned or tidied properly.

location was perfect and such an accessible spot right on the beach. The facilities were great with a nice infinity pool overlooking the beach. Most of the staff were super friendly and very helpful to make our getaway amazing. As it was a special occasion, we received a bottle of champagne on arrival which was lovely.

Filling up the water jug was difficult as the jug could not fit into the sink.

Breakfast was awesome. However seeing wildlife (wallabies, cockatoos) while reading your favourite novel outside your room was also an amazing experience. The transport service was also excellent. Oh and there's the infinity pool...

Exceptional service, accommodation and facilities. Tariq Mahoney, the General Manager was interactive and made us feel very welcome. We would also like to say the staff were amazing, especially for us Grace and Maddie who went out of their way to make our holiday extra special.

Rooms were very clean and staff were very attentive. Direct access from our room straight to the pool or beach. Loved the water sports and beach service for food and drinks. Pick up and drop off from the airport and other places was really convenient. Loved waking up to kangaroos and cockatoos outside our door!

I found the room to be quite small.

Lovely outlook straight to the beach. We had the ground floor unit which I liked as it lead straight onto the grassed area. Very central to all that Hamilton Island has to offer. Very obliging taking us in the van where ever we wanted to go. Staff were thorough in booking us into restaurants and were always very keen to help.

Food was a little lack lustre in terms of flavours and options / quality both for breakfast and the lunch menu. The pool side menu (limited lunch menu) could of had a few healthier options / more options. Would have eaten at BC more often if this we the case.

Staff we very helpful, lovely and accommodating especially at reception and general hospitality. Room was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Great views and private (room 132). We also had a dinner at BC which was really nice setting, great wait staff, delicious meals. Good wine list.
