One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!! Excellent terrace views, delicious buffet breakfast each morning, clean and comfortable rooms. What stood out the most were the staff members. They were all so friendly and the hotel manager was helpful which made our stay and holiday in Goreme stress free. We were offered çay (tea) throughout the duration of our stay which made us feel at home. We booked our tours through the hotel and they were excellent right from pick up to drop off. Would definitely book this hotel again 1000%

The room was fantastic, exactly as the pictures described, the staff are absolutely fantastic! They are 10 out of 10 for sure! They were so hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy! Breakfast was very good and a wonderful view from the breakfast area!

Location is on walking distance to city center. Breakfast was good in taste and abundance. The cave room looks authentic that it makes me feel like I lived in a real cave house. Syaifullah is very friendly and helpful. I had a pleasent stay

One of the best locations to stay in Goreme. The manager, Tarek, is very friendly and helped organise our balloon tours at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Saifullah at the reception is a cheerful and lovely person who helped carry our luggage and looked after us during the stay. View from the terrace is brilliant to watch hot air balloons early morning. The hotel is also one of the highest in the region. Goreme Main street with loads of restaurants is a 5 mins walk away.

Very comfortable room with everything what is needed. Beautiful view both from the window and from the top terrace - valley ans baloons are clearly visible. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the city center and walking paths.

There was no ventilation neither in the room, nor in the bathroom. As the result, it was quite damp in the room.

The room was very beautiful and authentic. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was very convenient, the hotel is close to the town’s centre.

Maybe just cleaner bathroom on arrival (there were hairs everywhere near bath) - it's ok though, I am yacht stew so I will always pick up on these details. I just cleaned up myself lol. I was very grateful for an earlier check in though, so maybe the staff were rushed. Overall everything else clean and it was a lovely stay.

LOVELY friendly and welcoming staff who go out their way to help you. Very unique cave hotel bedrooms, I rate this place the best terrace to view the hot air balloons in the morning (after much research!! this one is the BEST!) Very spacious rooms with everything you need, the terrace for breakfast was my favourite spot - and there is even a more higher roof top place with cushions and carpets for you to watch the sunrise hot air balloons. (not crowded like other hotels aka the insta famous charming hotel where people have to PAY for views like this!!) Thanks Tarik for making it special and helping to book all my tours too! I had the BEST balloon ride tour booked VERY last minute via The Travel Inn hotel staff :)

Shower curtain in the bath

Unusual cave style hotel, we visited first time. Hotel has nice location, not far from the centre, a bit on the side, that's why was quite at night. Amazing view of balloons from terrace! We really enjoyed, breakfast was nice, every day different, always fresh and tasty, exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, especially mr Tarik, he does his job well, always in good mood and wonderful person.

Some basic facilities like coffee and tea in the room would have been great, although one could pick it up from the dining area close by.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room with the typical stone walls was warm and cozy, well worth the experience. The adjoining terrace provided a fantastic vantage point to view the town of Goreme whilst having a takeaway or a glass of wine. The early morning view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was spectacular. The price was very competitive.

The bathroom floor was not clean. It still had hair from the previous guests.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The manager Tarik and specially Seyfullah were super helpful and kind. The location is great and the breakfast was delicious. View is also amazing.

No a/c in the rooms and while walls are thick, they are not enough to keep the coolness. Some rooms (we changed it) had a mold smell. Some pillows on the terrace also had a bad smell. No dinner possibilities on site, despite the gorgeous terraces and cooking facilities.

Very Anatolian and Cappadocian authentic place, nice terraces, excellent view from the top of the city and good position, very close to the downtown.

Overall, our stay was very nice and easy! Tarik, the manager, personally helped us in booking the airport transfers and private green tour. The private tour was really good for the money since our car was sooo nice and our tour guide is very knowledgeable and nice to be with. Location of the place is also near the town probably 3 to 5 mins walk. Sefula one of the help in the property is also very accommodating to us making sure everything is fine :)

The road entrances are very rural. So you might struggle carrying a baggage.

Great attention from the staff , the room was excellent for a Cave Hotel. Something that I really liked is that you could book all the tours from there , and there prices were good. Good breakfast Walking distance from everything.
