We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaOn arrival to our room it was disappointing to find 2 guests smoking under the verandah near our room in an area clearly marked as no-smoking. Consequently we had cigarette smoke lingering in our room for hours after bringing in our luggage.. The rooms are in need of an update for entertainment and the window was unable to be locked. Onsite Dining not available at the time of our stay.
The Room, though fairly basic, was clean and comfortable. The Receptionist was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us with extension cords to enable us to power our CPAP machines as there were no power points beside or behind the bed. She also able to provide advice and directions on where to head for a good meal. We enjoyed a good nights rest.

AustraliaWe booked in January 2022 and obviously prices must have been a bit higher. We had friends book in June and they got a cheaper rate. We didn't mind, wrote it off to pandemic first world problems, but they actually matched the price without us even mentioning it, incredibly fair and generous of them as we didn't expect it especially after the last few years all motels have been through. Very honest and fair people. That's got to worth gold these days. Thank you so much.

Within walking distance of the centre of Katherine as we had no car. We had a comfortable king bed room.

Quiet, close to shops and restaurants (easy walking distance), decent sized fridge. Everything was in good working order, with newly renovated bathroom. Staff were lovely and helped us out with parking for our trailer offsite, as the property was fully booked. Good security. USB / built in phone charger points by each bedside table were handy!
