second night we had friends over and were told we couldn't have anyone over at all when it was only 7:30pm and we were told by jenny on first night one extra person could stay as we paid for 4 but told by mark on second night we could not have anyone else at all. I understand we were loud on the first night because of a particular guest but we were not given a second chance. I thought that was unfair considering we abided by rules after the first night by paying the extra fee. its a holiday place not a library.

Not much hot water. Fridge sometimes didn’t quite shut properly. And a tight turn out of the car garage area and couldn’t see what was coming down the driveway as you pulled out.

Location, location, location!!! Perfect spot to walk down Maloolaba or around the head to Alexander Beach. Everything you needed in unit with space.

There was a mistake with my booking and the room I booked had no air-con and was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I was travelling with my 8 year old and baby. So I had to carry all our belongings up the stairs including porta cot etc. I asked management if I could change rooms or have a refund so I could go somewhere more comfortable (middle of a heat wave on the Sunshine Coast coast) They refused both to change me rooms or give me a refund. The room was a budget room however it wasn't clean or approiate for holiday accomerdation with a family. Furniture was broken and falling apart, there was no screens on the windows or balcony door and as there was not aircon everything had to be kept open. Management did bring a fan up when asked if there was anything else they could do.

One of the bedrooms does not have functioning AC; the Unit needs a complete re-gas and/or repair, which made the bedroom very hot. The main lounge could also use an AC. Also, the bedroom windows do not have fly-screens installed, which could pose a safety risk. Finally, the sliding door to the balcony cannot be shut (not properly aligned to the track?)

Great location and close proximity to the beach. The pool was very nice, with pleasant surroundings.

I didn't read properly prior to booking that all rooms didn't have aircon, so next time, I will definitely book a room with aircon!

Nothing, I was well prepared for no powerpoints, and I had a powerpack for phone/laptop. Was Easy to find, for me, zero cons.

Solitude but safe for a single female traveller, Comfortable, what I consider "real glamping'. Friendly warm welcome, even with my naughty pup trying to boss their pup around! Lots of lovely added parts - doggy treats, human treats (brownies!!) All the basics, tea/coffee (real coffee), milk, and bread.. I was warm and felt really comfortable letting my pup out and about as all nicely fenced off. The bird life is incredible, the peace amazing. Thank you so much.

The apartment was spotless and bedrooms were extremely comfortable with my only negative being that it needed a bit of TLC. This was a small negative and in no way affected my stay.

Bellardoo was excellent in every way. Jenny and Mark were very helpful and friendly. Location was on the beach and 100 metres from pubs, bars, shopping strip, supermarket and a bus stop in front of the premises. Pool was excellent and next to my apartment. Having a quick stroll along the beachfront to breakfast was an absolute treat and lots of fun. Family friendly and kids loved the pool. Bathroom was excellent. I was on the ground floor and had a lovely screened in verandah off the main bedroom and lounge room. Amazing views from lounge, kitchen and verandah. All in all ... had a great stay.

the beds felt like they had no padding, the curtains in the bedroom could see through letting all the lite in. All the appliances were outdated and need to replaced or repaired to work.

If not with family, toilet is separate but accessed through bathroom but we managed fine and it’s worth waiting to go to be able to have this apartment 😊.

We were in unit 28.. the matress was way past its time.. hard.. could feel the springs in your back.. you need to at least put a matress topper on it... we were there only a few nights.. but i would of been angry if it was for a week or too....
