    The doona needed updating.

The breakfast was continental and was more than adequate. Water pressure in shower was great. Location was convenient. Lots of parking onsite. The grounds are lovely with a beautiful rose garden. Wifi worked well.

Homely and has its characteristics and the location is good, only 10-15 minutes walk to the waterfront. Linda was very friendly and keeping the house really tidy and clean.

The lounge, would be better with two chairs and a small table, for putting coffee on or having a meal in the room.

Room 4 spa, opened up to the garden and was very convenient for going out of the room, instead of the front door to the car. A small room but adequate. Very comfortable and Clean. The lady in the kitchen, was very bubbly and a nice greeting for breakfast. Which was served in a pleasant room. Breakfast was very nice and enjoyable.

Weren’t able to open the windows - probably due to them being permanently closed to keep out the traffic noise. Maybe consider paying a bit extra for the room with the balcony if you like to sleep with open windows. We solved the issue of the warm room by having the air conditioning on through the night so it was all good.

The property was a beautifully maintained old manor house with original features and a modern bathroom. Beds were very comfy. Lovely breakfast room looking out onto manicured gardens. Extensive range of continental breakfast options. Plenty if off street parking.

We were in room 1 which was right next to the front door. It was quite noisy when other guests were returning from their night out. This did disturb our sleep a couple of times but other than that there was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful english country manor feel. Gorgeous four poster bed in a large room. Ample seating in the room. Nice hot, powerful shower. Complimentary continental breakfast which was plentiful. The lady who was running the place was very pleasant too and very informative.

Beautiful, spacious apartment to stay close to Hobart city centre.

The front bedroom got a bit of road noise. Also if you had young children staying in the 2nd bedroom, the main entrance to the apartment cannot be locked as it is a fire door. Therefore the apartment & the separate bedroom both had a lockable door. Okay for older children but not younger ones. (Perhaps contact the management for a better explanation.)

Great location not far from the city centre. Easily accessible by car, possibly a bit harder by foot. The continental breakfast provided a great selection & the little dining room was lovely. The apartment was bright, sunny, spacious & well decorated. The beds are huge!

The room was pretty dark - hardly any daylight. But as we were anyway exploring Hobart during the day, this was not a major issue to us.

A great stay and location to visit Hobart and surroundings. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options. If you want, you can use the kitchen to prepare a meal.

Room was on first floor, so a bit difficult hauling suitcases up when your 76 years old . Best to ask for ground floor room.

The historical feel of the place was absolutely lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the parquetry floors. It was also very convenient to get down to Hobart on a bus from this location. The garden at the back was very restful to sit and read or simply relax. Most enjoyable stay.
