The property needs some maintenance especially with regard to some of the brick paving pathways. Dead plants should be removed. Overall very pleasant.

Our ground floor 2 bedroom apartment was roomy and comfortable and had access to the garden. Breakfast very good, excellent staff with a view of the lake and boats.

our room seems to be equipped with bathroom for disabled, very poor sound insulation that we hear every movement from next door. I would have gone to cheaper motels nearby if I can choose again.

I found the pool was very unsafe as far as getting an elderly or unsteady person in and out of the water.. Their is no hand rail to assess in or out of the pool, I was travelling with my elderly parent who loves the water but is unsteady on her feet and couldn’t manage to step into the water as the step was to low and nothing to grip onto to help her in or out The unit we stayed in was at the end of the property (unit 4) so a bit of road noice kept me awake and the carpark is used as a thorough fare so that was annoying.

Bathroom fan didn't work, if there was one. Wifi was poor and bad reception signal too in the area. No microwave made it difficult with a toddler that has bottled milk through the night. Pool wasn't heated at all.

we stayed at two different times during our holiday. The first stay the room had a shower without a door that spilled out into the bathroom, it was very slippery and not good with toddlers. the second stay the TV didn’t work. we called reception but it had closed so went straight to security, they said that maintenance had gone home. So we had no working TV for the evening. When we checked out and mentioned it there was no offer of compensation, even something small would have been appreciated as we were only there for one night.

the room itself showed lots of signs of wear, the plaster behind the door was damaged and the bathroom was very tired looking, with almost mildew growing in the crevices of the shower. also, we weren’t explained that there was no telephone in room, and the information pack was not updated to reflect recent changes due to Covid. a bit tired looking, and this unfortunately relayed through to the staff also.

We extended our stay and asked for the room to be restocked and cleaned, but I was given a paper saying that rooms aren't cleaned till after check out. Asked for some glasses but couldn't find any. The restaurant is very overpriced for egg on toast is $16 then you pay extra for bacon and so on so you looking around $25 for breakfast for one person.

Great location, fantastic facilities. The Room was very nice. We were in the honeymoon suite. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
