We struggled with the matrasses in our room – the only 'negative' related to the hotel. One observation regarding the village of Armeno, though. It's seen better and much more vibrant times. Consequently, a hotel guest may struggle to find any alternative dinner experience outside of the hotel within reach.

Overall, an enjoyable experience. It is a modern hotel with great amenities and facilities in great shape. I liked the breakfast in particular. Plus an extremely satisfying dining experience. Also, the location is excellent if you want it away from the hustle and bustle. All staff members were amiable and ready to serve guests in an upbeat fashion.

There was a street close to where some noice from traffic, not heavy, was reducing a little the relaxing by pool - not a big issue.

The hotel has a lovely garden and terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or coffee. The pool is nice. In the restaurant, delicious food and high service are served. Breakfast is really good with a nice selection. But probably the best thing is that all the staff are so nice and friendly, which really makes the place a place worth recommending. We loved this place.

One of the best breakfasts we had in the recent years. Everything you could wish for, from fresh fruit to great self made cakes, on top of what you have in most other hotels. Quality of everything was phenomenal. At least the rooms to the rear side are very calm; we cannot speak for those facing the street, but we assume there's only very little traffic at night.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Armeno, nestled amidst the tranquil mountains. The fresh mountain air and breathtaking views added to the charm of the location. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was unforgettable. We had no trouble reaching all the beautiful romantic sights, either by foot or by car. Our four-day stay was filled with delightful surprises. The love and attention to detail that went into creating this hotel were evident in every corner. The owner and the entire team went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The evenings spent in the cozy restaurant were particularly special, catering to the taste of gourmets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and romantic holiday. The memories of our stay will stay with us for a long time!

Nothing, everything was exceptional

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

The hotel is really beautiful, like on the pictures. Top three impressions: 1) excellent breakfast; 2) very friendly and multi-lingual staff (almost everyone seemed to speak Italian, English, German and French); 3) location (off the beaten path and a little 'in the middle of nowhere', but so homey! If you look for peace and quite, you're in the right place)

We had dinner on the first night at the hotel restaurant: food and cocktails were mediocre, in comparison with the restaurants that we have been in towns close by, but restaurant terrasse is really nice. At the breakfast there was no simple Italians croissants (brioche), which is really pity, the croissants they had were hard and not so tasty. Our room was without balcony, which was pity for such a nice view. There was no coffee machine in the room and no wine glasses, only plastic glasses for soft drinks.

Reception stuff, pool, bikes that hotel provides, quite atmosphere, free parking, electrical charger for our car close by.

Mini bar in room was broken, reported to reception after our first night but was not solved by the time we left. This was less pleasant. Coffee or tea in the room would also have been a plus. The beds were not bad but not great either.

Very friendly staff, nice and very clean rooms. Breakfast cannot be beat, very generous, everything you can wish for and all super fresh. Very enjoyable pool.
