The only negative I would note is of the pillows provided they were either too hard or too lumpy so maybe time to update the pillows. And no teapot in the room for those who enjoy a proper cuppa!

Loved the location by the river and the restaurant and other facilities. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had all the facilities you would hope for including a bar fridge with some complimentary drinks and snacks - very much appreciated after a long journey! Big screen TV and a spacious bathroom. Plenty of parking around as well.

when reception staff asked should i book dinner they replied no should be ok. Dinner was booked out due to school holidays/public holiday. - was fitted in at 6pm and was able to have dinner there. Overall staff very friendly Minor improvement - toilet was no 100% cleaned.

Double bedrooms only one toilet.??? No clothesline. Everyday should get complementary drinks, milk coffee and water as well. Room service does not provide extra towel.

I haven't got breakfast. Even I was not sure breakfast was included or not. if i would get breakfast, it would be great. Need laundry facilities separately for everyone.

Room was very expensive for what is just a family room in a motel but accom was limited and happy to pay for the convenience in terms of location and hotel bistro attached.

Very large family room, quite a large motel / hotel complex but we were surprised at how quiet the room was. Free mini bar was a nice touch and the pool area is great, looks new and well kept. Location was perfect, walk to main street and was across the road from the river.

Our check out was at 10am. Staff knocked (did not wait for us to answer) and barged in straightaway at 8:30 am, we were startled and woken up of course (after a rough night with the baby) and we did not really appreciate that.

The kids were entertained with the large pool, and coukd fish off the small pontoon. Bbq's on the river are easily accessible if we felt like lunch on the river. The rooms were comfortable for a good night's sleep and we rested well.

The room was large enough not to feel cramped. The bathroom was dated but I didn't care much about that. The bed was definitely comfortable.

Room very dated and neglected. A bit of updating could have made them so much better. We did notice that the new apartments are now part of the hotel complex. Would be good if updates of the rooms are next to be done.

dining room let us down on sat and sun dinner, had room when told full,told couldnt eat in sports bar because footy was on, there was plenty of room, sun we had to eat in sports bar and they forgot my meal

loved the new villas, especially as we had the balcony on the riverfront. No restriction on the pool hours helped relaxed on the warm nights.

Honestly, as a manager of a hotel and I worked my way up from housekeeping and I really pride myself and making sure you can't see the last guest in the room. Really, overall it appears clean, But attention to detail is vital, the mirror not cleaned, Marks, hand prints, lots of dust, liquid splashed on them, the chairs had oiled hand prints, the bathroom had hair all over the place and it just felt like it was a stay room where it was serviced and not an actual check in of freshness. Rooms are nice and big though and has alot to offer. But people love a clean room. Don't let this stop you coming to this seriously awesome place with lots to see and do! The pool is insane and has great food and room service, the bed are so comfy! Microwave would be good to have in the room! I given it 4 stars! Would make 5 if they had a little more attention on the cleaning. Over priced for a dirty room.

Food wasn't amazing. It was OK. Above the air con in our room and up on ceiling there were cob Webbs and stains.. the shower alcove had some easily removable grime that made me feel a bit ill.

Excellent service at front counter. This is the absolute number one thing we pay attention to when we travel. It sets the tone for the the opinion we'll have about the establishment. Views of river. Wonderful pool as it was so hot when we went. Aside from a couple of things we really, really enjoyed our stay.
