Large room in the building - ground floor and a view over the car park. All was very good. Able to walk to Dickson shops - about 15 mins.

Air con remote didn't work, it was too late to let staff know, ( I let them know in the morning). Pillows weren't great. Would have been good to have a tea towel and dish wash liquid.

Staff weren't particularly welcoming on arrival or check out. The shower flooded the bathroom floor despite the shower door being properly closed. Not a single towel rail or hook at all in the bathroom!

Quick check in. The room was clean, smelled nice, and looked to have been recently refurbished. Bed was good - no lumps, bumps or sags. Pillows were all either too thick or too thin but I managed to get something that worked. Tea and coffee were provided along with a small container of milk. Complimentary bottles of water were appreciated. Internet access was OK.

The aircon had a water leaking issue, and it took some time for someone to come up for checking. At the end the staff let us move to another room.

We booked the hotel via Booking.com as we find it comes with the pet friendly tick. Overall the place is easy to find. Room is reasonable clean and quiet at night. We were told on the spot, that the family room cannot have pet, and no other room available. We could not find such information during booking. Then we were disappointed and requested for cancellation. After a while the staff still let us keep the room as it is only for one night, while there will be $60 additional charge for our puppy, which I did not find out during booking. Overall the staff is friendly and help us change another room as the room’s aircon had water leaking.

The rooms are very small which is expected for the price and our shower could have used a more thorough scrub.

We loved how the apartments were surrounded by beautiful trees and we could bring our dog. The location is fantastic for a young family. It’s walking distance from the local shopping centre which includes a chemist, supermarket, bakery, cafe, a fantastic pub, etc… there are also a lot of children playgrounds within easy walking distance.

Receptionist could have been more helpful when we checked in, in showing us where our room was. There was an iron in our room but no ironing board. There were no ice trays in the fridge. We expected to find a coffee plunger in our room, as we don't like instant coffee! If we had known there wasn't one, we would have brought our own.

Our room was very conveniently situated on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable. One towel was replaced with a clean one each day.

I put the privacy lock on whilst I had a shower and locked the bathroom door. When I emerged the lock was unlocked so I assumed housekeeping had tried to enter my room and I didn't hear them call out as I was in the shower. This is completely unacceptable and an invasion of privacy. The hotel needs to have a sign that specifically reads "DO NOT DISTURB" or "MAKE UP MY ROOM" which you put on the doorknob.

The location was good. The staff were very friendly.

Location is not that close to anything as its in suburbs, but only a $9 Uber ride to shops.

Great value for money for a short stay.
