Nothing. Everything was great.

Kitchen and food stores were well managed with plenty of room for new guests, room was a great size with a locker and private toilet, shower and a balcony. Bins were emptied everyday. Place was managed very well overall, and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

N/A - wasn't there long enough. Though initially struck me as a place lacking distinct community amongst residents.

Shout out to David the night shift receptionist, very kindly jump started my car when I was in a rough spot and running late to a job induction. Doing the lord's work. Staff at this place are excellent.

a lot people lives permanent there so if you are coming travelling in a share room, don’t think you will have a space for your belongs and they already took over the room… of course i asked at the desk for a cup to grab a coffee and the old guy at the reception was so rude, asked me to paid a bond for all plates, cutlery, if I just want a mug “doesn’t work like that” :/

I really enjoyed my say here. The 4 bed female share dorm was awesome with it's own bathroom & a balcony too. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Also, the buses to the city were right out the front door and came every 5mins. I would definitely recommend to stay at this Backpackers. Cheers, Michelle✌😁

Dated and worn furniture, noisy boarders (some played salsa music on speaker at 1am) but staff kept an eye on most and appropriately told them to shut up, traffic noises (lots of loud motorcycles went past the street in front of the hostel at ungodly hours)

As a light sleeper, I found the place too loud in evenings and at night, even when using headphones - I think particularly because my bedroom window faced down to a music speaker and social area, and because the walls and doors are a bit thin. Sometimes other guests were loud in the corridors at night too. I had to use earplugs to sleep, sometimes that wasn't enough. There was also a strange detergent smell around the place - not sure if this was to mask past smoking or something. I got used to it eventually. Other than that, there are potential improvements - towels, add a bathroom vanity, removal of scuff marks on walls and stains on carpet, a web/printed guide for guests - but the place was what I'd expect for the price and for a backpackers hostel.

The location was great, being nearby a supermarket, park and bus route and within walking distance of the city. Staff were consistently friendly and approachable for help. The 24 hour reception made me feel fairly safe.

The oven was not properly working, and the rooms were a bit noisy. However, the noise stopped everyday at 11pm :).

The rooms didn't seem to be cleaned too often! The kitchen was slightly confusing with having to rent cutlery!?!

not much to dislike, perhaps the location wouldn’t suit those that can’t walk a Kilometre into the city centre, but there’s a bus stop right out the front of the accommodation

everyone was really friendly, storage is available if you can’t check in early or if you want to explore the city before leaving. breakfast smelled great but didn’t have time to eat

Triple bunk bed instead of a double bed. It can be a bit noisy with all the traffic and people.

Room was clean. Private room with private bathroom for an affordable price. Balcony and pool are great features
