- sofa was very dirty with visible stains / mould on it - pots and grill provided were stained with stubborn grease, water jug was dirty - businesses below get quite rowdy and noisy even in the wee hours like 230am, causing disturbance in sleep

Good location, just right by the beach, with good access to restaurants and amenities like the supermarket. Big roomy apartment with a nice balcony to chill in and enjoy the view / breeze. Toilet had a heater which was a nice touch esp right after stepping out from the shower. Ample towels were provided within the property. Personal garage was also spacious.

Beds a little uncomfortable, and noisey outside at night (but that’s not in owners control). But they are very minor issues compared to how much we loved the property and will definitely be back if it is available next time.

Location was beautiful. The apartment is huge and the ocean views were amazing. Down stairs were delicious restaurants and they had great happy hour deals.

Nothing - everything was perfect

We love this place so much. It was our second stay at the apartment and was even better than the first since we knew what to expect from apartment and the surrounding area. The location and views are amazing, with everything you need at the door step. Highly recommended for a stress free holiday where all you need to pack are your clothes. IGA and liquor store are across the road, a day spa in the building, restaurants, markets and specialty stores are just outside. The beach was beautiful too. There is secure parking for 2 cars. Liz, the owner is so lovely and handover of the keys was super easy. We hope to come back again next year :)

I was happy with everything ☺️ I'm looking forward to my stay again next year.

This apartment is amazing! It's very big and spacious compared to other apartments that I have stayed in, in Rockingham. It's very well equipped as well, everything that I could possibly think of needing for my stay was readily available. The view was SO gorgeous and there are multiple restaurants, cafes, shops, bottle shop, supermarket within walking distance. You're literally right on the foreshore and a very short walk to the Jetty. The host's are lovely too, very helpful and accommodating. I loved it that much I've already made another booking for next year!

Only one - Lounge was big enough for us all, but was old and needs a good clean or maybe even replacing.

First impression was great as we were met by host to hand over keys and even took us right through the apartment and explained where everything was - fantastic! Private locked 2 car garage, so plenty of space to unload the car. The apartment, on 3rd floor, was very spacious with a huge lounge to cater for everyone. We found it to be clean tidy and well maintained. Lovely balcony off main living area and main bedroom which overlooked the beach was great. Caught morning sun which was nice. Also overlooks the foreshore park where we got to view the Freedom of Entry to HMAS Stirling parade and festival which was very special. All from the balcony. Gave us an unexpected replacement activity as Penguin Island was closed Kitchen had everything we required, including supplies of kitchen wraps, condiments etc. Toiletries and detergents were also supplied. Free wifi and a supply of books/toys including beach toys if you have young children. Our teen kids loved having a room each, one with it's own balcony so a bit special for him. Beds were comfy and nice crisp sheets. Very short walk to many shops, restaurants and morning coffees. or afternoon coffees!

Amazing location, spacious and clean apartment with an excellent view. So convenient to have many food options on your doorstep, or cooking facilities if you choose. Host Liz was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again and be recommending to family and friends.

The weather wasn't very good, but hey you cant blame the lovely owners. A side from that nothing we didn't like, nothing at all..

Location absolutely excellant, right in the middle of everything and with breath taking views. Lots of room and space to spare, Everything supplied, that's needed. All restaurants and anything else you need right on your doorstep or with in a very short walk. Loved it and definitely will stay again..

The place is fantastc. But a few extra amenities like oil for cooking and some sauces, manuals for use of the cook top and oven would make it a 10/10.

The apartment was massive and was so close to everything. I can not write enough to say how much my wife and my 2 year old son and I enjoyed our stay.
