The toilet were outdated and not very clean during the day, only early morning.

My private rooms was next to the social space so was very noisy overnight, didn’t get much sleep! The showers weren’t the cleanest but not too bad!

They should adjust when it comes to check in and not make a person after w night of travel to wait another 5 hours to check in! More "crew' than real gusta travelling

Toliets were not always clean, and the kitchen was not very spacious and clean. Bar in the yard can be very noisy.

Bed was broken and no solution provided from the pm receptionist. Night guy helped us by putting books under the bed at least.

The bathrooms were tidy overall, but the showers were a bit messy whit hairs for almost the 6 days I stayed.

Bedroom was very nice. Also the location was amazing, near everything, with supermarkets and pharmacies, and also lots of restaurants to eat. The location couldn’t have been better

The women behind the bar (manger of the bar) with a drinking problem was screaming and cursing. That women needs a training communication. People get free drinks if you give her a good review. So if read something good about her that’s why.

I feel that there wasn't enough milk for breakfast for all of us. Accessing my bed was a bit difficult as it was a bunk bed next to a storage locker which I would bump upon accessing it. The toilet and shower room was dirty and a bit slimy looking on the ground like it doesn't get cleaned properly. However not all showers are the same.

Breakfast was good, free cereal and muesli was nice for me. I skipped the pancakes. Room was air conditioned and clean. Location was good, central to the city. Walkable to the beach and restaurants.

The door to the ensuite bathroom didn’t close properly and banged every time someone walked past it. The room is a bit small and didn’t have any natural light

Great location, just on the Esplanade. The free breakfast was nice, and the kitchen had good facilities and was always clean. There was even a living room area with a sofa and TV.

Hostel was kinda run-down.

Beds are typical Mad Monkeys beds: amazing. Breakfast and daily evening activities were good as well.

The free breakfast starts too late (they start to prepare it at 7.30). Rooms stink a bit and it's way too cold in there (outside 30+ degrees and in side it's 22 automizes). Kitchen is a bit small and the pool is small and not private. The room is very small. Bathrooms are bad. There are like 2 bathrooms and 2 showers in common for male and females for like 10 shared rooms. Unbelievably small.

Good the fact that you have free breakfast and the hostel is in a good position (close to the woolys and to the public pool and attractions. The beds are ok and they have separé to keep your privacy form others. The staff was really polite and helpful. Good that you can cancel your booking 24h before.

It’s not that clean but it’s cheap and backpackers hotel, so you can’t blame it.

It was really cheap. You can make friends. And the breakfast was helpful cause it was a budget trip.

The showers and toilets weren’t very clean. also the windows to some of the room aren’t very good they don’t block out any noise which was annoying in the room I was in because it was right by the entrance where everyone came in and out shouting.

They had good sized lockers and the beds where very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
