A few maintenance issues in the apartment need to be seen to. Apartment wasn’t as clean as most, hair left in bathrooms, kitchen cupboards hadn’t been wiped down for a while. Otherwise linen and towels were fine, except duvet cover had marks on it.

Great location, across the road from a patrolled beach. Spacious apartment, well equipped. Great pool and Spa. Handy BBQ area under cover which would hold a decent sized group.

There were so many small issues - broken shower shelf, fans needed cleaning as did aircon and we couldn’t use either without sneezing, microwave safety issues, broken hall light, mould in shower, broken toilet rolls, broken wardrobe door. All small fixes but combined made for a very inconvenient stay that let down an otherwise fantastic property

The room is outdated and dirty (carpets were stained, rubbish under the beds, ants in the bathroom). No amenities whatsoever (shampoo, conditioner, tissues, paper towels). The staff are not very warm and quite unhelpful when you ask for anything.

Location is great. Right in the heart of Broadbeach. Ocean view is excellent. Also having both pools was great. The lifts work quickly without having to wait long at all. Free parking.

The mattress is very uncomfortable and needs updating. My partner had to sleep on small leather lounge as mattress giving him grief. Suggest it be upgraded.

Overall great, right across from beach, 5min walk to main street where shops and food is. Pool beautiful and complex was quiet and kept very clean. Views from room stunning.

Dryer didn’t work and entrance to pool wasn’t child friendly but neither of these impacted our stay.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything. Plenty of space for our family. Facilities were clean and modern.

A few basic items would have been helpful as we had travelled internationally and with a family would have been handy to borrow. Dish cloth, dish liquid etc

The toiletries provided consisted of 2 small soaps per bathroom. No shampoo / bodywash were provided. Also, while the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cups , cutlery, pots and pans etc. there were no condiments (not even salt and pepper). First time that I have come across an empty kitchen pantry.

Layout of apartment was great, with lots of space. The view from the balcony was brilliant!

February heat-Split System Air conditioner only in lounge room which meant the cool air just couldn’t make its way to cool bedrooms down. Couldn’t shut bedroom doors for privacy at night as bedrooms became hot boxes even though there was a ceiling fan in bedrooms. Tip-Have stayed in other apartment last year looking south in month of April and didn’t have this issue so perhaps check which side your apartment will be.

View, view, view! If you like a walk then this property is perfect to supermarket and restaurants.

The dishwasher didn't work (not a big problem for us), and the couches looked great, but for some reason, we found them not to be very comfortable

Location was fantastic, right on the beach and short walk to the heart of Broadbeach. The facilities at the complex were fantastic. The apartment had been renovated, and the views were incredible

The unit we stayed in could just do with a very good clean. Lots of dust on floor / skirting boards. Hair in bathrooms. A little bit of an ant issue in the bedrooms. Also a lot of the fixtures need repaired. Lamps didn’t work and were rusty. Just a few little repair jobs needed around the place. Also you may wish to consider blinds in the ensuite. People in the property opposite could see directly into the toilet/shower especially when the light was on.

Beautiful location and easy check in. Close to restaurants and shops. All with walking distance.
