Everything wonderful. Lovely rainforest location with wildlife and nice swimming pool. Nice deck with BBQ. Large room with king bed and sofa. Extra things supplied-fruit bowl, orange juice, breakfast cereals and biscuits and variety of tea with proper coffee machine and pods. There was milk and everything one could want. Bathroom with shower gel, make-up remover pads and face washer. Extra towels supplied. Very enjoyable stay and to be recommended.

Love the location and the quietness of it all plus the pool wildlife and host were very helpful in explaining places to go for food and off the beaten track experiences.

The only thing that was difficult to manage for us was check-in time which is from 2-6 pm. It was my mistake, I hadn't paid attention to this point when I booked accommodation, so we were obliged to change our bus tickets to be there by 6 pm,

Sharon and Steve's place is a wildlife sanctuary, so you can see the animals they are taking care of and you can see them feeding the animals if you want. The bungalow is nice, big, and clean, they supplied fruits, yogurts, tea and coffee, biscuits... There is a small washing machine and a barbecue. Nice pool!

More of a comment really; bring a torch or use phone torch to find your way back from bar/restaurant. No street lights at all.

Something a little different. Immaculate accommodation and lovely, helpful and welcoming owners. The welcome pack was very nice touch and included a very tasty lemon cake. A couple of nice restaurants and bar a 10 minute walk away and the beach about 15 minute walk. We also picked up takeout fish and chips from Mission beach.

We really liked our stay, but having an extra gas burner and pan with the barbecue would have come in handy.

Your hosts Sharon and Steve are very welcoming and hospitable people. The bungalows are very large and comfortable, and in a central location from which both South and North Mission Beach can easily be reached. Facilities are all very good, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the private barbecue area.

Set in the rainforest in a lovely quiet part of town what is not to love! The snacks, continental breakfast as well as fruit was a really nice touch. Beautiful comfortable bungalow. My only regret was I didn't stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I loved the totally relaxing surrounding, I felt instantly at peace there. It was quiet and beautifully furnished bungalows, with a welcome pack included. It was really clean and exquisitely decorated. The hosts were awesome and very helpful. It was just the retreat I needed. Very close to the beach too.

The weather was the only minor let down as we had some rain and therefore didn't make use of the pool.

We had facilities to make our own breakfast which was as expected, however many complimentary items such as fruit cereal and pod coffee were provided adding to a welcoming surprise. A Webber style BBQ was also available and a magnificent King bed.

The location, surrounded by beautiful wildlife and habitat. Steve and Sharon’s local knowledge and recommendations were wonderful. Also the little extra treats, like coffee pods, cereal and beautiful fresh fruit a very nice surprise.

Spacious & exceptionally clean bungalow set in beautiful nature surrounds! Amenities were amazing, Steve & Sharon were incredible hosts and have thought of everything for the perfect hassle free stay! Bonus, they rescue and care for injured animals….check out the sea turtles on the property 😍
