Fantastic location, next to gorgeous beach, with fabulous indoor and outdoor pools, BBQs around pool and BBQs on stunning rooftop terrace. Also close to supermarkets for those who wish to self-cater. Excellent bus routes between airport/ Surfer's Paradise/ Helensvale (for train to Brisbane) within 2 minutes' walk. A perfect vacation spot. If I didn't live in the UK, I'd become a regular!

That I couldn’t stay longer! 😂 Only thing I found in room 404 was the curtains in the bedroom had stains on them. Thought about taking photos incase I got blamed but didn’t in the end. In room 2002 when we initially walked in, it smelled musty or more like the drains needed cleaning. But once we were there and opens the doors it didn’t seem so bad but some other guests might not have been so good about it. We had a great stay though, beds were so comfortable, a lot of room for what we needed.

Everything just worked…. It was easy to come and go from the car park, from the East Building to the North Building. It was great.

Our unit had a very difficult car park hemmed in by pillars and a brick wall. Other parks were much easier to navigate When exiting the carpark on check out don't drop your key in the return box before you leave the carpark otherwise you won't be able to get out. Simon the maintenance manager kindly let us out. Otherwise I don't know what we would have done ( reception was closed and I'd ditched all the helpful info on contacting them after hours ( which are very limited) Units are only cleaned once every 7 days so a second set of towels would have been appreciated It would be great if reception sold bus tickets because they can only be purchased from newsagents or depots ( neither of which are close by and 7 eleven doesn't sell them as we'd been told)

This is one of those rare accommodations which think of everything you need as a traveller and supply it. They are also very professional in their communications. Location was unbeatable being steps away from beautiful Burleigh Beach View from our upper floor balcony looked right over the beach and pine trees Quiet even on busy traffic days ( weekends) Extremely well appointed unit with every detail attended to ( beach towels, coffee machine and capsules, drying rack Nice and spacious Comfortable bed Well appointed kitchen and bathroom Parking available ($20 per night) and highly recommend especially if coming on a weekend as the traffic is nuts in summer with beach goers Very good communications prior to arrival. As we arrived after 4pm, a detailed letter was waiting for us explaining how to access the unit and carpark after hours Staff helpful Can use beach umbrellas, boards etc free of charge Good pool area Enjoyed the amazing set set from the roof top area where you can also sit and have your byo dinner and drinks
