Pools not heated… I am from Victoria and wanted to swim every day, but the pool temp was low

It felt like home from the second we arrived. We had a beautiful corner room facing the ocean, the whole apartment was so cute and comfortable, and it literally had everything we needed!

In the one bedroom apartment: Small amount of shelf space in bathroom. Toilet seat was the wrong size for the porcelain bowl so really does need changing. Kitchen appliances were too difficult to use. Gave up trying after over an hour and we cooked only in our daughter's 2 bedroom apartment that had straightforward appliances.

The cleanliness of the property, the willingness of the staff to best meet your needs, the apartment with ocean facing view on the 10th floor was comfortable, clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything you needed. The rooftop is just a short flight of stairs up to the BbQ area. There is a nice size pool and another BBQ area, a gym and secure car parking. It’s a stroll across to the beach for a swim or beach walk. It’s not a big modern high rise which adds to its charm. There are restaurants and places to eat that are a short walk or a nice stroll away. We stayed here years ago when our boys were young, now they are adults, and we had just as good a stay many years later.

sadly for the duration of our trip it rained the entire time, that didn’t stop us from enjoying Burleigh heads and the room was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day!

Nothing particularly regarding the apartment. It is not a large one bed room apartment. Unfortunately for us, the surf beach was closed due to weather during our visit which is nothing to do with Ultiqa. Similarly, there are ongoing roadworks on the highway near by that make travel on the coast slightly restricted. There is also further building works happening to the south of Ultiqa.

It offers a comfortable one bed room apartment, with a good range of facilities in a very good location on the esplanade at Burleigh Heads. Close to the Miami shops, bars, restaurants.

A couple of very minor downsides. The dryer didn't work very well which meant that we couldn't get towels dry between swimming ventures (there was some rain about). The double bed in the master bedroom is on the small side for what the room could have and wasn't the most comfortable mattress.

The view is great, the apartment is spacious and nicely appointed. We always enjoy the indoor pool with the kids and the BBQ's on the roof are a great feature. Its also so convenient to get to the beach.

This was our wedding weekend. Our Seaview room was quite outdated and not overly clean (mould in shower, cobwebs and thick dust in door frames and kitchen ceiling, marks on walls). We were disappointed that friends of ours who booked after us were given a lovely renovated apartment on a higher floor.

The location was great, the pools and grounds are also nice. The views were also nice. It was comfortable.
