The room had what felt like basic finishes with a high price tag. We did come during a peak period but still felt overly expensive. Overall, had a nice stay though.

The pool was the best part of the motel. Staff very accommodating when they were there, during a busy Bluesfest period. Very comfy beds.

I was on the top floor and I reckon it would be really nice to have little dividers (like downstairs) on the balcony on the pool side so that guests could enjoy the view with the door open, without having other guests or staff walking past. I didn’t love not being able to have a door open without any privacy. Also found the toilet to run a little bit.

I love the redo on the old building, the furnishings and decor. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I LOVED all of the outside space options.

I just didn't like the bedside lights. The color is too Blue/white and you have to turn them in and off at the door. Maybe a lamp instead on the bedside table?

Very expensive (presumably capitalising on the bluesfest weekend). Bathroom very basic and drink selection was limited. Close to the road and the motel layout means it’s noisy if other guests are walking past late

Great place to stay in Brunswick Heads. Slept like angels in the very, very comfortable super-king sized bed under the especially quiet ceiling fan. Can't say how much this meant to us after 2 weeks sleeping (or not) on 'queen sized' mattresses. Calm and tasteful fittings. Lots of storage for 'non-backpacker' multi-city travelers like us. Easy to find (on main road - but set back so minimal traffic noise). Short walk into the town centre and to the sea. On-site and out of hours staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved everything.

We loved the pool area and the fit-out of the room. Being an adults-only place to stay made for a very relaxing stay.

Bathroom is very small. Basin in the main bedroom area.

We checked in on time. The event we were there for was the following day. We left the hotel at 2pm after being out for breakfast then returning to dress for the event. Our room had not been cleaned whilst we were out. We left the next day as per our booking

The late night check in service did not answer the phone . I had to wait outside for 30 min . The process was also confusing as the email stated that they were closing and I could not get a key . It all worked out in the end .

We had a great stay. Position was excellent a very short walk to main beach , retail , so convenient we used our car once and that was when we were leaving. Staff well presented, very helpful, Loved the extras were complimentary, eg coffee , spa ice bath,sauna. Off street parking in precint was secure.

The property is impeccably decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable and beautiful. Reception staff were so lovely and helped us kick off our anniversary celebrations in a gorgeous pool side room. The location is perfect and really this hotel is just a gem!
