One nitpick that I have is on the rooms. While the accommodation is good, the beds are a bit wobbly. Though it’s something to be ignored.

I like how the location is near to where I plan to go to. I also like the facilities, and their activities they provided. The ambience is lively, which means this is a good place for people to hang out. Staffs are be try friendly.

Sometimes the bathrooms did not have any soap left in the soap dispenser, and they did not provide a hand dryer or paper towels to dry hands with.

The property was clean, they provided a nice breakfast including the best Nutella I have ever eaten. They provided bath towels for a cheap price of $5

Other than having to share a room with them all being women!! What more can you expect from a hostel. Plus they were very friendly.

This is the best and most ideal hostel in the whole of surfers paradise!! Everyone here is just on-a vibe and are all on the same wavelength. There’s nothing not to like if you are travelling surfers paradise as a backpacker. They provide a happy hour, activities to do every night and group nights out! This hostel is ideal for meet new people and friends!!

The room has always a small window open and the light come in from 5 am and you can't control the air condittioner by yourself, you have always to ask at the reception

One of the best hostel that i stayed in Australia. A lot of good activities, good and Kind staff, very socialize people, free food in some night and free breakfast, very clean and also the pool was good. I have booked for 8 dorm bed but the room are only for 2 o 4 people so a nice surprise

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Great location only a 15 min walking to surface paradise beach, clean rooms and toilets, bed was comfortable, nice swimming poll and great social activities. Friendly staff.

Only one washing up tap which meant queues, poor weather meant the paddle boarding got cancelled. Drains in the hand washing sinks in the bathroom definitely need de-clogging!

Good free breakfast, comfortable beds, good kitchen storage and cooking facilities. Nice entertainment such as quizzes, table tennis, trips to the sunset at the beach etc. One of the more pricier hostels we’ve stayed in but one of the cheapest for the area. Would recommend!

Location was great, close to the main area, but without the noise and hassle. Rooms were simple, but comfortable. Plenty of room to relax indoors, around the pool, or outside.

Really expensive for the experience it is. They give you just a sheet to cover at night, which in winter it gets quite cold. Lockers not in a good condition, not worth it for the money they charge.

The kitchen was very small and not very clean (but that was only because of the people, that staff cleaned there several times a day). The bunk bed was not very stable.

The staff were so nice and there were a lot of activities for the residents (one or to activities a day!). The toilets and showers were very clean and the rooms were also cleaned every day. Location was nice, near the tram and the main beach. They also let you borrow bicycles or surf bord for free. Breakfast was nice too.

Lack of plug sockets in room. Broken lockers. Food stolen from fridge, although this isn't the hostels fault but rather the guests'.

Cheap towels available to purchase. Reasonable prices at the bar. Good bathroom facilities.

Staff wasn’t good… looked like a huge friend group just hanging around (actually took me 3 days to realise they were the staff) and usually small kitchen was full of them. Not very welcoming. Nothing to dry your hands to at the bathroom or in the kitchen.

Location is good. Activities every night if you want!
