The location is fantastic and the hosts are very friendly. The apartment is really great - a little kitchen, clean bathroom and plenty of cupboards. I was by myself, but my partner and daughter could have easily come with me.

Finding the accommodation was a bit confusing, but found it eventually. Rubbish trucks in the morning, has to be done but just a heads up it's very noisy and early.

The location right in the middle of town. Everything is usually quiet by 10pm. Clean accommodation and was good for a 2 night stay. Had a problem but this was sorted ASAP

It was noisy with the trucks collecting rubbish in the mornings. There is music playing in laneway on Friday and Saturday nights which we enjoyed but if you are after a quiet stay, this probably isn't the accommodation for you.

Small ant problem - could benefit from so fly spray. Staff from beach hotel outside look directly into room/balcony - boys whistling at us girls which was annoying! Shelves in shower wonky and products fell onto floor.

Location++ looks directly at the beach Hotel! Noise didn't bother us! Comfortable. Love the full length mirrors.

There was a pungent smell coming from either the pipes in the bathroom or the kitchen for our stay and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Upon check out, we opened the laundry closet and realised the smell was coming from the piping here or the laundry machine. Hopefully this is fixed in the future.

Rob was a superb host and the location was fantastic! Right next to the main street, restaurants, and the beach :) Parking was included and secure.

The shower was leaky and the mattress/pull out bed weren’t very comfortable. We also weren’t sure if sheets/covers were clean before checking in

Bed and pillows in need of an upgrade, no doubt just worn but fine for a short stay.

Everything was great! The only thing we wished for at one point was a broom and mop so we could clean up our sandy/wet messes more easily. But there was a dustpan and brush we just didn't find at first.

Location was excellent - could not have asked for a better spot. The decor was really cool. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made good use of both balcony spaces. Absolutely perfect for 2 friends doing the Byron Bay triathlon.

It's definitely needing a good clean and a renovation to bring it in to the current times. Make it more modern especially the bathroom.

The wifi didn’t really work unless you were outside or by the door, which wasn’t a huge deal for us. We noticed ants a few times throughout the stay, so kept our food in the fridge.

every morning 6am there is a loud noise from the garbage truck. there is no WiFi at all. and the apartment has ants.

One night it was a tad noisy from a hotel nearby but it didn't really bother us as it was expected since we were situated right in the middle of the action of Byron Bay :-)

The location was fantastic, close to the beach and so many food options at our front door. It was easy to collect keys to get in and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The host was easily contactable as well.

Because it is in the heart of everything and early night at the weekend would not be possible, but we are here for a good time not a quiet time!

The shelving in the shower needs repair as does one of the blinds in teh main room. Other than that it's a great place.

The restaurants downstairs were fabulous and within walking distance from the beach and the pub. The double glazed doors kept the noise of the street form being a bother in the evening. The bacony was a great spot to enjoy a vino and takeaway from downstairs, The Orgasimic Falafal place was a favourite as was the finsh monger. There is parking below but we didnt need a car at all. EasyShuttle from Ballina Airport to and from the accom was all we needed.
