Not the property but our Google maps had trouble navigating the local roads which are typical English country lanes. Suggest planning and not relying on satnav.

There is a good reason why Newcourt Barton rates highly. It is an excellent property with comfortable facilities. The breakfast was complete, the bed very comfortable and the setting peaceful. Perfect getaway.

The state of the roads on the approach to the accommodation. Some serious pot holes. Not the responsibility of NB, of course.

A beautiful house in a remote location. Helen was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional.

Very comfortable stay at Newcourt Barton. The accommodation was on a farm in a very quiet location - 5 minute drive to the nearest pub and just a couple of miles from Cullompton. Plenty of parking available and an excellent breakfast.

The only complaint I could possibly make was that due to the accommodation being so comfortable and quiet I overslept and missed breakfast.

Was in the area to watch football at Exeter City. I was in the Family Suite which is in a self contained barn unit. It was large. Clean, well maintained and nicely furnished including a mini fridge. Bed was ridiculously comfortable and due to the accomodation being in the middle of nowhere on a farm was super quiet and dark. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely want to stay here again if I am back in the area

A wonderful, friendly place to stay. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet with a delicious breakfast. Very clean, easy parking and good for kids too. They were so accommodating towards my many intolerances and allergies to food and supportive with whatever we needed.

Lovely location.Beautiful views.Lovely and quiet. Large double aspect room. Large lounge, fridge and microwave in the dining room for guest use.Spotlessly clean. Fantastic menu for breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities. Great pub within a mile with excellent menu. Could easily stay a week and use as a base for visiting the county.

Can't think of anything about the accommodation, but would have liked to have known about the fishing option before arriving - would have tried to schedule in time for it.

Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of choice and able to cater for difficult dietary requirements. And the coffee was a really nice local brew. Also liked the flexible breakfast time (i.e. between 8-9am, instead of a set time).
