Mosquitos! We got bit a lot. I would recommend a citronella plug in or replace the mosquito fly string in the bathroom. Leave some spray for guests to use

Loved how quiet the area was and the outdoor area was peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and liked the beachy decor. The drive made it easy for taxis to pick us up.

A bit soulless. The in room facilities could have been better laid out without much effort. Comfortable large room but obviously part of a chain as getting fresh towels was too hard for them.

Apparently, you have to stay +8 nights to get clean sheets/linen and towels. So if you are staying for a shorter time, be sure to “book” in for fresh towels. I found the bed a little uncomfortable; but my partner didn’t mind it.

Location to the beach was epic, and the pool wasn’t heated so actually cooled you down on a hot day.

There can be quite a bit of noise from the main road, some of the rooms are very close together (so pray for one away from others or not many people at the property). We ran out of hot water (but quickly fixed with a phone call) and it is close quarters, so you can hear things going on next door.

Close enough to town to easily walk in, far enough away from town to be quiet, clean and cute accommodation, reasonable value for money in the middle of the school holidays. We did have a lot of the space to ourselves for most of our trip.

Lovely and quiet. Superb location away from the noise of central Byron but close enough to the beach. The pool is a great addition and the rooms are a great size.

Stayed with a friend so two single beds -king singles would have been better as adults. There was a fairly loud humming noise on one the nights maybe from sauna as we were right next to it and bed on that wall so didn’t sleep much. Room was expensive for size. Non refundable and had to pay 50% up front despite booking well in advance.

A short walk from centre of town (10-15mins), and very close to beach. Small room but clean and tidy. Pool whilst small good for a hot day. Not many people so quiet. No staff on site but easy to get into room.

Well, it was raining and really windy during our stay so we couldnt use the pool and the pool wasnt cleaned. Not the hotel’s responsibilities but the pool does look nice. It wasnt right near the town so we still got stuck in a bit of traffic on our way to the lighthouse.

I like the cleanliness of the place. A very large room and bathroom. Beautifully built and set up in the room was quite relaxing. Internet was pretty decent, and the bed was quite comfy for two adults and a small child. Night time was quite peaceful. I also like the ease of check in when we arrived. Just make sure you have your phone and copy of the email :)

It rained a lot while we were there and we ended up with 3 frogs in our room despite having the doors/fly screen closed all the time. The pool will always be a little messy as it is under trees that drop stuff constantly

Very close to the beach, cosy little room for a couple. We didn’t realise there was a fridge in the wardrobe til the last day but very handy. The sauna was delightful and The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely

The little recess for making tea and coffee was too small and awkward. We didn’t hear the pool filter run the whole time we were there so didn’t feel confident to swim in the pool.

We really enjoyed sitting out on the verandah in the shade having a drink, admiring the beautiful surroundings. The beach was very conveniently close for a walk and a swim.

Door screen was broken, adjacent guests were quite noisy if in the common areas. Felt a lack of privacy as the only opening was onto verandah right beside where adjacent guests would sit.

When I booked the room, I got a message saying to empty the bins in the room before checking out. I personally think it should be included in the service.

I loved the beachy design of the room and bathroom. The location is perfect. It's only a short walk to the beach. The pool area is nice to relax on as well, very peaceful. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. I would definitely come back.
