No living room curtains means early morning sun. Allocated car park space was taken by someone else, was resolved by owner however it was an inconvenience having to follow up.

The location of the hotel is great, close to many restaurants, night market, lagoon and boat pier. The view from the living room is nice, The rooms are spacious.

We arrived at 5.30 am because of flight schedule but luggage cannot be stored at hotel. Gate of hotel rain leaked was feelin danger and facilities' antiquity.

We specifically requested a room with twin beds, as were were travelling with my dad and my cousin. This was confirmed by the host, but when we arrived we found queen beds in both rooms. We got an SMS from the host on arrival that said to get in touch if anything was required, so we replied with this issue. Heard nothing back, leaving one of us sleeping on the couch for 4 nights, as it was awkward for any 2 of us to share the same bed. Other than that, the stay was great

We got the semi penthouse, which was not expected. The views were amazing. Location was brilliant and the place was spotless.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like, but to be picky, they didn’t supply body or hand wash - only those messy little bars of soap with no soap dish to put them in.

Great location and views; spacious; large, well-equipped kitchen; laundry with clothes airer (and they even had pegs - a rarity!); comfortable beds; clean and modern. Pretty much everything you want or need in a holiday apartment. Way better than the chain hotels we have tried in the area.

The unit is getting a bit tired. Needs some TLC, ie: sinks, handles and doors. Furnishings were a bit sparse.

Great views, easy to get around with great places to eat. The unit was quite big, comfortable and quiet.

Not that we didn’t like, we had great difficulty opening the front door every time. Also, some salt and pepper would have been an advantage.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property, the view, the comfortable apartment. Our friends were Canadians so it was an excellent showcase for the area.

It was a little dated but we wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The location was spectacular and the apartment was huge, plenty of room for a family of four. We also appreciated the large balcony with full ocean views!!

Aircon pushed hot air into balcony space so made balcony area very hot. But inside was lovely and cool :)

One of the mattresses in the twin room was very uncomfortable.

While most areas of the apartment have been revamped, the bathrooms are in need of a facelift. Also, some creature comforts such as a few scatter cushions and pictures on the walls would have lifted the very monochromatic colour scheme.

The location of the apartment was excellent as it was close by many eating places and in walking distance of all central Cairns. The view of the harbour over the esplanade was interesting and enjoyable. The apartment was very spacious and adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable. The host communicated very well before and during the stay.
