Lovely Clean pool, comfortable loungers fresh towels laid out. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Room comfortable, curtain got stuck, but delt with very quickly.

Small property.. nice and clean though. Lots of open areas....however, only there is only one resturant in the entire hotel which offers good and elaborate food. Room sizes are okay, could have been a little big. Lots of green open spaces, ideal for spotting birds

Not much to say, it is relatively expensive in comparison to the market. But it is a five star hotel and worth it if you want the luxury.

No robe in the room, the entertainment carried on until between 10-11pm, I was hoping for an early night and could hear the drumming, didn't mind too much but imagine for people arriving with jet lag etc. it could be tricky.

Staff were lovely, very attentive and helpful. They booked a tour guide and driver for me at short notice to go to the Taj Mahal. The room was nice and lots of good food to try.

I only stayed there shortly, I arrived late and left early in the morning to visit the Taj Mahal. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the hotel looked really nice and I regretted not having more time there.

I loved the Staff. They were exceptional. Met Harshit and Ayush at the reception, they went all the way to make our stay comfortable and Harshit also made arrangements for us to go around and explore Agra.

Pool could be somewhat warmer. It was not really comfortable to swim there in February despite outside temperatures of around 27 degrees.

Good value for money option in Agra. The facilities are very well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. There is a nice garden with pool and a play area for kids. Cleanliness was also very good which was not always the case in other 4 or 5 star hotels in India.

The staff were absolutely amazing, really helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were top class, and the location was great to visiting the various attractions in Agra in particular the Taj Mahal. We stayed 2 nights, and ate at the hotel restaurant which has great options and really tasty food. If we ever come back to Agra would definitely stay here again

On a very cold day on Agra in January '24, I arrived at the Trident and was delighted that the hotel was warm and my room was toasty. Everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful (I'd even say a tad over enthusiastic!). Dinner was delicious - I stuck to vegetable fried rice (as I had decided to avoid meat during my holiday to India), it was delicious. Reception were incredibly helpful with exchanging currency for me. The rate was very good and avoided the need to go to a bank - I had no luck with ATMs, they didn't work for me. Fortunately I had GBPs with me and the hotel were happy to exchange. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Agra.
