Would be good to of had a better frying pan or even an electric one. It would be nice to cook something at accommodation instead of eating out every night. Especially after a busy day out.

The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach, and cafe. Pool was excellent especially after very hot days. Nice and quiet at night, if there us a band across the road it's only from 4-6pm.

We requested a late check out as we had a late flight but this was not possible. Maybe hotel could consider this sort of request in future if it is prebooked at a reasonable fee.

Balcony and sea views. Spacious and well decorated room. Huge bed. Nice pool. Helpful staff when we asked for a better view and we were allowed to use the pool until we leave the area on check out day. Initially we were given a ground floor apartment with no view for our last night in Australia. However, thankfully staff managed to relocate us to the first floor level, which was much appreciated.

There was a bit of an issue with little tiny ants in the apartment. I'm sure they didn't take much, but they were a bit annoying.

Lovely location. Fabulous pool. Excellent balcony. Great parking area. Easy access. Quiet neighborhood. The restaurant across the street did have a jazz session going on a couple of nights, but they were really good, played good music and quit at a very decent hour. I liked sitting on the balcony and listening to it.

Beds weren't great and although there was a sofa bed in lounge no bedding for it, no tin opener!! 😁 nothing much around to do especially in the evening.

The pool was lovely clean and warm, the beach was OK the apartment was adequate the people were friendly and reception helpful and friendly, we found some trips to pick us up from the resort and the buses were regular Also skyrail wasn't far away excellent trip up to kuranda on the skyrail highly recommended

The unit needs a face-lift. As a realtor, the kitchen counters are original.. the carpet in bedroom should be replaced. The bathroom while clean is retro.

Location, pool, conviently close to everything. Roomy, washer and dryer.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. Cutlery and cutlery drawer were dirty. Communication could have been better, some of it came across as spam and not actually from the resort.

Location is by the beach. Everything happens during the day and is quite quiet at night, which was ideal for us. Late check in procedure worked perfectly.

Only minor issue is availability of WIFI and 4G/5G in the area the resort is located.

I stayed for 9 nights in this resort (in beach view room) and am very happy with the accommodation. It has almost all basic amenities you need like an induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toaster etc. I also used the swimming pool which was a great addition to our stay. The location of the resort was ideal for me as it was close 10-15 min drive (as I had a hire car) to Cairns CBD. Also, because it avoids the traffic lights of Cairns, it took less time to get to other places outside Cairns city centre such as Kuranda Skyrail, Atherton, Port Douglas, Mossman, Gorge etc. I will definitely return again to this accommodation if I cone Cairns again :)

The fact that they are individually owned as stated meant that ours was nothing like the pictures and was a bit tired…. But at the end of day it was just a base and had everything we needed.

It’s a beautifully maintained pool area and gardens, the staff were very helpful. I would say a car is a definite if you want to get places although there is a regular bus service a few yards from resort but it stops quite early in evening. There are a couple good restaurants walking distance. A coffee shop. These properties seem to be independent owners who rent out and/or stay in them. Therefore each unit is maintained differently.

The apartment needed a deep clean and up grade.. Dusty marked bedroom carpet . Couches badly stained with food stuck down the side.. No balcony seating. King bed needs a deep clean ,we bug.. Fridge, dryer, washer were fine.
