The room was not clean at all. Very old and terribly run down. Bathroom was riddled with mould and cupboard falling apart. The bed had large stains. The room was very small and badly maintained. Was unable to stay in the room due to the very poor condition.

Sewage smell from toilet, slightly better when sprayed and a blue tablet put in the water.Rooms tired, ants, cockroaches. Person on the front reception didn't seem to care about the smell in the room. Not impressed.

Room was tired and things were falling apart. . Bathroom basin was not clean. Looked like someone has just shaved in it.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful organizing our late arrival.

the pool was dirty, on the second day we found glass in the pool. we told the stuff and they told us to get out(of course for our safety) but in about 40 mins there were more people in the pool(with kids) and there was still glass everywhere. the beds were really uncomfortable. the kitchen stove top didn’t work. (even after I double checked the user manual) 2 out of the 3 aircons a didn’t work. there was cigarette butts everywhere through the gardens, around the pool. outside the rooms. and all the stuff smoke anywhere they want. even if there are kids around.

we liked the bath tub as we don’t have one at home. and it’s also great to have the washer and dryer in the apartment.

There was so much mould on the bathroom glass that it was hard to see through to the shower. The bed was so old that it sagged. The walls and ceiling were dusty and dirty. To plug in the kettle we had to unplug the fridge.

Room had a mechanical or electrical hum - I couldn't find the source, even went as far to turn off the main breaker to my room. Was washed out in daytime noise, but became impossible to sleep with overnight. I had a 9 hour drive next day and got maybe 3 hours scattered sleep. Staff were unsympathetic the next day and after asking them to investigate and provide refund, they never got back to me. They insisted I should have used the emergency phone back out at the reception at 1am to organise a room move.

Plumbing issues just patched up. The bathroom floor in room 6a was leaky and some horrible sealant had been applied that didn't work. The floor was constantly wet and the white bath mat got filthy with every use. Shower didn't stay put so was effectively a hand held. The fan was constantly on couldn't be turned off. Booked thru them for Sky rail and they didn't refund when one of us couldn't go due to ilĺness so effectively stole $88.00 from my son.

Air con worked. Parking was good. Bed was comfortable.

Te WiFi was not the best and the layout was not the greatest as we couldn't find suitable powerpoints to be able to charge out devices. Bathroom/shower had mould on the ceiling.

The size of the apartment was good as we have teenage kids.
