Unfortunately the lift was out of service when I arrived but I was only on the 1st floor so not a big problem for me.

Location was ideal for me. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped me with a couple of queries I had. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a reasonable amount of space.

The lift only worked the morning we were leaving. Tried the rooftop/games room once, lots of rubbish overflowing bins, and limited options with guys sitting around watching TV.

Good location. It is relatively inexpensive for the space. Appreciated having an ensuite.

Kitchen never felt clean, but I think it was more the guests staying there rather than the staff.

Great Location and was allowed to enter property early in the morning due to overnight bus. Staff were lovely and everyone was smiley.

The hot water kept coming and going in waves. There is no bidet provided but I guess that is in all of Australia. Could hear the street noise if someone revved their vehicle loudly. Not enough electrical sockets, At times if felt like there was no heating.

The towels were really thick and fluffy. The room I stayed in had 5 beds with a pull out bed below the queen sized bed. Toilet in the room. Kettle provided. Good solid large table and 2 chairs and a 2 seater sofa. Quiet part of the city. Location is close to city centre, bus terminal and the sights are just less than 3Km away. Beds and pillows were comfortable with 2 pillows given per person. Used bluetooth and app for the room and main door keys. Lift provided. Nice and cozy common room on the 3rd floor with a pool table. Wifi was good.

Windows needed to be closed down when temperature drops. Also water heater is not consistent.

Property is at right location close by to food/shopping centre. Walking distance from/to bus station. Staff are quite warm too. I like the living room.

Lack of cups and cutlery in kitchen. Vacuuming of room substandard. I cleaned around the legs of the table in my dorm after dropping an item and on picking it up, also picked up a tangle of hair. Tangled mass of hair around both front legs. Dodgy elevator which stopped on the 2nd day of my stay and was still out of order on the morning I left necessitating getting my bags down 3 floors of stairs at the bottom of which, on the last step, thank goodness, I fell. I did not report it to the staff.

Great location, friendly staff and longer term stayers, comfy mattress. Very hot water in kitchen with excellent signage in reference to it. Goki entry system. Very quiet area.

It would be nice to have a bar fridge in the family room. The lack of information about parking also made it a bit tricky to find somewhere to leave the car.

I couldn’t control my own aircon/heater which was annoying but understandable.

Excellent location, friendly staff who went above and beyond, and very affordable facilities. Also enjoyed being talking to other guests.
