Small touches that other properties have were missing, such as complimentary bottled water, plugs on both sides of the bed. Even things in the bathrooms like small dental hygiene kits for people who might have forgotten a toothbush. Little things make a huge difference.

Convenient location to Riverstage. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds.

The checking out system was by machine even though there was a receptionist available. They just pointed us over to a machine. This felt impersonal. The swimming pool looked beautiful and clean but surrounding area was cold. This was not a big issue, just a little detail we noticed.

The location was great right in the centre of Brisbane. The decor and cleanliness was impeccable. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed and bedding was possibly the most luxurious and comfortable I have ever experienced. Gym was a great size with city views.

No drinking water in the room.

We were offered options during check-in to upgrade by AUD 15.00 to be given a room immediately. We were desperate for rooms and got what we wanted.ò

The pool was not heated. For an indoor pool not ideal. After a long day of travelling I was looking forward to a swim. That was disappointing. I would be a show stopper for booking in future.

Room had a lot of broken things eg. the curtain control that was broken off the wall, stains on the chair, neglected vacuuming under surfaces.

The room had a musty smell as if there was a damp problem. It took a very long time for the hot water to come in the shower (5+ minutes)

Confusion with steam room and sauna could not find after hours no clear signage is it male, female unisex? First time using one so was a bit unsure of protocol

Despite having a kitchen in the apartment we had no utensils with which to prepare food. Two dinner plates, two cereal bowls and two mugs were totally inadequate as were the two tea bags provided. Staff did however provide a few more teabags when asked.

Location excellent! Breakfast very uninspiring. Poor choice of cereals, cereal bowls tiny and fresh fruit very tired. Overall very expensive for what it was!

My room door wasn't able to close properly unless pulled a little more with force which was manageable however when housekeeping was done they didn't close the door properly so after returning from my shopping I found my room door unlocked but nothing was missing from my room. Just something to note to always check room doors are properly shut/closed after housekeeping is done.

The friendly service at the front desk was exceptional. I asked for my room to have a bath tub and the Team came through with my request so that made me feel very welcoming as a traveller.

The waiter in restaurant was rude and dismissive. He didn’t let us have the continental breakfast because he said there wasn’t enough but everyone else’s was able to. It was a bit odd and wasn’t the best welcome to australia for my family.

Air-con system inside room was not user friendly (or the keypad was possibly broken), couldn’t control the temp very well.

The location was really good, in the very center close to restaurants. The room was good and clean.

I paid the price I paid due to the view in the photos. Unfortunately, the specific room I was in, there were no city lights to admire and you could only see your reflection which I can do at home in a mirror. I chose this hotel over a different CHEAPER room BECAUSE of that view so I was disappointed. If you don't care about the view, the room was great.

The room was tidy, staff polite. Very spacious for 2 people.

TV requires some apps to work. Old people have no clue how it works. AC control is not conventional and difficult to adjust. Breakfast was the worst without choice of eggs. Fruits were limited. Pastries were the same every day. Drip coffee was the first time we were served after over two weeks of traveling in Australia.
