Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

ThailandThe internet system automatically kicks you off after 24 hours without warning. I think the cleaning staff are rostered only in the morning. When we asked to delay cleaning to the late afternoon as we were on a conference call, she skipped it entirely for the day.
The front desk and manager were very attentive and helpful. The manager went out of his way to explain how to reset the internet. The staff greet you very warmly as you enter the building

Loved the modern interior, comfortable large beds and clean facilities – LOVED the steam room, sauna and pool. Great value for money for the feeling of luxury in the city.

AustraliaParking - Is very limited. Needs to be rebooked due to the limited amount of spaces. Carpark is very musty, due to being underground and as there was a lack of fresh air it became hard to be in the environment longer than 10 mins to retrieve luggage.
Location is close enough to Queen st. that you can walk to experience the night life, but are not affected by all the hustle and bustle.

SingaporeMy food turn spoiled on the next day when I store my food in the fridge especially the cheese. The hotel staff said that the maintenance team would come to do inspection during the day but I wasn’t sure if they came. Thankfully, they refund to compensate the spoiled item in the fridge.
I like how clean and tidy that they have arranged the room layout. Staff were friendly. The location is great. Bed was comfy.

Should have been told that it was required for the lift and to turn on lights, air-conditioning etc. Floor 9, room 13, bathroom sink not disposing of waste water quickly. Could be blocked. If staying for 2 nights you should provide 2 x milks (one for each day) Aside: Seeing homeless people sleeping in walk way near new underground Not good for business. Belongings and litter everywhere. Reflects badly on area.
