The internet system automatically kicks you off after 24 hours without warning. I think the cleaning staff are rostered only in the morning. When we asked to delay cleaning to the late afternoon as we were on a conference call, she skipped it entirely for the day.

The front desk and manager were very attentive and helpful. The manager went out of his way to explain how to reset the internet. The staff greet you very warmly as you enter the building

Room wasn't made up one of the days we stayed.

Check in efficient. Room was fine. Location good near the main city shopping area, close to botanic gardens, a 20 minute stroll to South Bank. No complaints.

No onsite parking was a pain - not that it was far away where we did have to park but it was still a pain, especially in a busy Friday afternoon

The Breakfast included with our stay was a little disappointing, the promo photos don't look anything like what you get – not many selections and had to pay additional for omelettes and coffees.

Loved the modern interior, comfortable large beds and clean facilities – LOVED the steam room, sauna and pool. Great value for money for the feeling of luxury in the city.

Really uncomfortable bed made up of 2 x singles together not properly connected so a gap opened up between the 2 x beds over the course of the first night

Nice location close to the Botanic Gdns, great pool with dry & wet sauna too.

Parking - Is very limited. Needs to be rebooked due to the limited amount of spaces. Carpark is very musty, due to being underground and as there was a lack of fresh air it became hard to be in the environment longer than 10 mins to retrieve luggage.

Location is close enough to Queen st. that you can walk to experience the night life, but are not affected by all the hustle and bustle.

Car park was not great :( it’s a one way car park, so if someone had of been leaving as we were coming in that would have been a disaster!

We had one issue and I completely forgot to inform staff, the tv while watching a movie or streaming music would turn off.

My food turn spoiled on the next day when I store my food in the fridge especially the cheese. The hotel staff said that the maintenance team would come to do inspection during the day but I wasn’t sure if they came. Thankfully, they refund to compensate the spoiled item in the fridge.

I like how clean and tidy that they have arranged the room layout. Staff were friendly. The location is great. Bed was comfy.

1.9% charge for using paywave was quite excessive when paying well over $250 for the room for the night. The communication around parking wasn't great.

The parking garage is a little sad and hard to maneuver in and out if there are other cars going the opposite way.

The room was large, as I was apparantly upgraded. The room was lovely, the bed was big and comfy and the location of the hotel was great. Lots of nearby restaurants, activities, and close attractions.

Very unclear that car park not included and has to be arrange seperately. Staff was rude and basically hung up in my ear before I could ask for help. Really stressful before even arriving. Spoiled the entire experience.

Our room was very small & not sound proof. We were aware of all the activity in the hallway & next door. The plug in the sink needs replacing.

Wasnt told by staff how to use scan card. Should have been told that it was required for the lift and to turn on lights, air-conditioning etc. Floor 9, room 13, bathroom sink not disposing of waste water quickly. Could be blocked. If staying for 2 nights you should provide 2 x milks (one for each day) Aside: Seeing homeless people sleeping in walk way near new underground Not good for business. Belongings and litter everywhere. Reflects badly on area.
