The fact that pool towels and tennis court equipment came at an additional cost and that there were no tissues provided in the apartment.

Location, view, and amenities were superb. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very well laid out. We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was super clean, very spacious, cozy, great location & super quiet. Ticked all of our boxes for a travelling family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

The bathrooms were very dated, brass fittings showing the green tarnishing/ rusting and the cabinetry starting to peel but you don’t spend that much time in there and the main living rooms were so fabulous

Beds are quite uncomfortable (actually very), and 2nd bedroom does not have AC !! Cant understand why. So was incredibly hot in the mornings.

Position Perfect. Great location within 5 mins walking of beach and cafes and bars/restaurants etc. and a lovely 16th floor view.

Location was excellent with beach, shopping centre, bus/light rail so close. The view from our apartment on 11th floor was incredible. Our apartment was huge, so very comfortable with all the amenities we needed.

Nothing it was perfect. Food in Broadbeach is expensive and not too good.

Older style apartment, but loved the view, so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Great location and hotel amenitites.

Property had a musty smell, they were notified but the fix was an aerosol can

Some things in the apartment were dated and a bit old but fine to use etc.

The common property was clean and looked tended to everyday. The pool is great. Very clean and clear. There is a large BBQ area and full size tennis court.

Towels in room small and not overly plush/soft. No bath mat. A second tea towel would have been good.

This is to address the issues with the property. First off, I was quite shocked to find. The only cooling for the actual bedrooms was a silling fan. And we found that rather unusual compared to most of the hotels on the Gold Coast area, there was only a TV in the Living room & in the master bedroom, not the other 2 rooms. Additionally, in the master bedroom, the spa is extremely old and it is obvious. The jets made significant maintenance or the pump needs to be replaced as when it is filled the Jets Are extremely weak. Also. To address a more important thing, what we booked was described as a (( high level room. )) Being this is a 30 story building. We would estimate at least level 15. Which would be about halfway up the building, but apparently to them, it only acquitted to a level 11 Which was very disappointing, although we still had a view of the beach, it wasn't what we expected it to be. The other thing, which I thought was rather unusual. Unlike most hotels on the goal coast, this one requests a security deposit to be paid for our room. It was only $250, so not a big deal. However, if you stay in the sub. Penthouse. Which? We calculated would be more or less the same price that we paid for the number of days. It would be a $1000. For some families, even in a large group, this is not a small amount of money and it is extremely unusual contrary to what the hotel believes. And they are extremely stingy on basic things for the rooms like laundry powder. Which they only go to packets for the entire 4 days that will there. And 2 dishwashing tablets and 2 dishwashing liquids. That is according to their book would have to be paid For at reception. Then something else. But we thought was very poor for any hotel. Absolutely. No tissues were provided even a basic hotel provides tissues. But apparently not this one. It might be only something very small, but it shows the level of stinginess. We understand by the Handbook.

Overall, the accommodation was quite nice. However, there was a few things that need major improvement and other things. What are just ridiculous. Overall, the room was acceptable and as shown But. There is a few things that I will address in the I do not like part.
