Was attacked by bed bugs (Cimex Lectularius) in bed during the night. Sleep was very disrupted and couldn't work out what was biting me until seeing the wounds in the morning. I discreetly emailed the property the next day but didn't get a response, not even a 'sorry, we'll do something about it' hence this poor rating.

We didn't like tap handles that fall off. We didn't like the stained, worn couch and kitchen chairs. We didn't like the use of packing tape to hide gaps between the kitchen cupboards. We didn't like the abandoned car in the car park. We didn't like the filthy mildew fridge freezer. We didn't like the awkward position of the shower nozzle. We didn't like the use of sealant to fill the massive gap between the vanity and the wall. We didn't like the yellowed power switches. We didn't like missing globes in light fittings. We didn't like the wardrobe and cupboard doors that didn't close properly. We didn't like the broken toilet roll holder. We didn't like the not vacuumed green carpet. We didn't like the tiny TV but it had good reception. Yay.

The motel is in a great location. Very close to supermarkets, hotel and many cafes.

There is nothing I didn't like. The room was a little tired, but very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money.

A very personable and helpful host. Thank you, Alan. Location was also very good for my purposes, an easy drive in from the Monash Freeway.

Room 36 was smelling of cigarette smoke that had been sprayed with freshener. The shower was very difficult to regulate. The carpet inside the entrance was frayed.

Very run down & old. Needs a lot of work. The shower looked awful and needs tiling work by a professional not by whoever did an awful job. The bathroom door remained locked so when closed a knife was required each time to pick the lock to get in. No flyscreens on windows.

Perfect accommodation for the price range. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Close train station so easy to travel into the city for events.

The property was in a great location on the main road but could hardly hear the traffic and good for me only 6 klm from where I needed to go supermarket 100 Mtres away this is a place I go too stay at least once a month no matter what cost is very reasonable for me

Stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed, the shower was very noisy when hot and cold water were both being used to make it warm. We only booked a queen room and ended up in a twin room, the extra bed was taking up all the extra space we had and obviously wasn’t used as we only wanted 1 bed. Tv said it could use Foxtel but it didn’t work so we couldn’t use the tv.

A lot of photoshopping has been done in these photos. Holes in walls where you've knocked out bricks for an exhaust fan. Sticky tape holding things up in cornices. Beat up old cars parked in car parks. Took about 5 minutes for hot water in shower. Swimming pool oh my hasn't been used since boogie nights was filmed here. If I had a chance to get our money back I would've just driven off without entering. Big plastic sheet in office from roof to counter for covid jesus what a shambles this place is.

The rooms are comfortable, well stocked with tea,coffee,milk, kettle, microwave and toaster. Room service does a lovely job. Bed is comfy, everything is very clean and homely-feeling.
