1. The very friendly and efficient staff 2. Location 1 minute from the centre of Soller but quiet and peaceful. 3.Rooftop pool. 4. Breakfast was excellent with fruit, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cold meats, etc. as well as loafs of cooked options.

Temperatures were a bit too warm. Air conditioning was geared to heating in late February so when the room needed cooling you had to keep the large windows open fairly wide.

Spacious bedroom, very comfortable large beds, excellent bathroom - great shower, excellent toiletries. 2 pools, jacuzzi and small gym were bonuses.

The cleaner on terrace waking us up at 8am moving chairs and dropping tables right above our bedroom! It would be ok for hikers and cyclists but we were in junior suite on holiday for our Wedding Anniversary and looked forward to a few lie-ins! Hubby complained 1st morning and other rooms offered but no other junior suites available. Noise wasn’t investigated.. on last day I went up to roof in dressing gown and asked him to stop… he apologised and moved elsewhere.

Room with balcony overlooked construction. Wasn’t like what was pictured. Maybe when booking try request a room not overlooking the construction site.

Loved our stay here. We were a little disappointed with our room we were originally put in. We paid for a room with a terrace but our terrace looked out into a construction site which was really noisy. Not like the pictures. But we voiced our concerns to the concierge and he swapped us to a bigger and more expensive room free of charge. He was super friendly and helpful!! The rooftop pool is why you need to book this hotel. Amazing views!! Also great breakfast 🙏🏼

The common areas need refreshing. The pool area on the roofdeck was crowded and not appealing.

The location was very central and within a 5 minute walk from the Palma-Soller train. The hotel has a nice ambiance and the rooms are modernized. It has old world charm but some of the common areas need refreshing. The breakfast that was included was fantastic, with hot and cold entrees, fruit, fresh baked bread, yogurt, jams, juices and coffees and teas. The staff was very helpful.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike, nothing to fault. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gran Hotel Soller.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is incredibly well run. The staff are friendly and efficient and willing to do anything to please. Although we didn't really eat in the hotel (apart from the excellent breakfast), the dinner we had was very good. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and was cleaned very well every day. The location is ideal for easy access to other similar towns in the area, and easy to get to the beach or to Palma. Parking was provided which proved very handy. The rooftop pool is a good area to relax and sunbathe, and the rooftop bar was always on hand for drinks and snacks. It was so good, we've already booked another week here same time next year.

Tired looking. The furniture looks a bit tired and the bedroom furniture was very basic looking. The sofa in the room looked like it was from ikea.

Nothing really - although a running machine in the gym would have been nice - beyond that though the gym was very well-equipped.

Everything was perfect! The staff are just wonderful - so lovely and helpful . So welcoming both at the desk and at breakfast . The breakfast was amazing - no queues , freshly made dishes to order , but with a wonderful cold buffet. The rooftop swimming pool , although small , never felt busy. We never failed to get a sunbed whatever time of day we went there. And at the end of the day with the sun going down and the stunning view was a fabulous time to relax on the rooftop. The downstairs area with pool and gym was also great (and you could fill up your water bottles there and I even had access to unlimited tea and coffee) . The room was marvellous with a super bathroom with both bath and shower. My daughter found the bed a bit hard - I didn't have a problem but if you like a very soft bed it is worth asking about the different rooms ( we had a twin bedded room). The location is also perfect - right by the main square and yet so peaceful. And we were walking within the mountains in just 10 minutes. And the mountain walks are just fabulous - we cannot recommend it more highly.

It was faultless for us! Only negative was there were no USB charge points but was able to borrow one from the reception.
