Remember you are in far north Queensland, don't expect slick service it's laid back up there and you need to be too.

Great location, right on the beach with lovely grass area at the front that kids could run around freely or people lounge in the sun. Easy wander into the small village. Staff friendly, food serves generous and cocktails great.

No screens on the windows or doors, inconsistent air conditioner. Staff answered with a no to every request, but then fulfilled the request anyway.

Second bedroom very small and no a/c, lack of ventilation. No oven nor washing machine which I would have expected in a self contained apartment. Tap in kitchen sink Positioned in a way that generates a lot of excess/splashed water out of sink.

Needs a refresh as though clean once you looked a bit more closely you could see a bit tired . Personally I think having shower bottles attached to wall is bit tacky.

Restaurant experience was a little disappointing. Small selection on menu, very slow to get meal with only a small number of other patrons. And small meals. Property is starting to look a little tired in places

Room was dated in need of a good refurbish but looks like they have started to do this so takes time.

Only down side was the beds are a little too soft for our liking. And not big enough for my partner and I to share comfortably.

The venue and location was magnificent. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure of her name, but the waitress we had for dinner and breakfast was fantastic. 10/10. Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back. It’s our top spot to stay in Mission Beach. Thank you for having us.

The property as a whole has a few maintenance issues, definitely showing it’s age, but nothing that affected our stay. Would stay here again if in the area.

Stayed one night. Great location, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and bars, could have walked to everything. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The new pool area is amazing. Good wi-fi signal in our room.

Room just needs a little maintenance and a little more detailed cleaning.

Loved the position and beachfront view and lovely balcony with day bed. We also loved the restaurant.
