I think it could have been cleaned a bit better before we came in. Some of the lights in various rooms are a little on the very white/bright side. I can understand that in a kitchen, but not in the Living area or at the dinner table. There I would prefer some warmer lights. This is not meant as criticism, but merely as suggestions!

The size, the decoration and facilities were very good. Spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a washing machine and a dryer available. Enjoyed the bubble bath 😊 We had a really nice time!

Overall it was excellent. The only thing that would have made our trip a tiny bit better was having access to the second bathroom in the apartment which was locked (along with the 2nd bedroom) as we had only paid for a 1 bedroom apartment. This would have been helpful for when our baby was sleeping but an extremely minor detail and would not stop us from staying there again.

Apartment was clean, pool was great and very close to town. They also had a high chair for our baby which was extremely helpful.

Beds were a little firm for my liking. It would've been a bonus to have a TV in the main bedroom. The antenna and power points are there in the BR but not utilised. Spa wasn't heated during our stay although website says it has a heated spa.

Spacious unit, well presented with comfortable furniture and all the basics covered. Easy walking distance to shops. Loved the pool and BBQ area. Overall, good and would use again.

The location was excellent able to walk everywhere without a problem, 2 females staying and felt very safe and secure. Well lit up at night with many security lights. Had a problem with one of the toilets and once reported this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Pool area was great with a large spa for extra relaxation.

A great apartment with everything you needed, nice pool, BBQ which was cleaned daily and a five minute walk to the main centre. Hosts were nice and passed on some good information on places to visit and what to avoid

Noise travels within the building/the apartment as it’s clearly not very solid and there are plumbing issues which need to be resolved…

The managers of the property were exceptional and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay fabulous . We had a great apartment furnished perfectly . The pool area was amazing , pool was heated which was awesome and the location was super .. across road to beach and literally a 5 min walk into Macrossan St (main street) for shopping/dining etc

Poorly maintained, there lights in both bathrooms that didn’t work, couldn’t fully open washing machine lid due to dryer being too close. Supplied blankets smelled like they hadn’t been laundered in a long time. Couldn’t care less attitude by reception staff when lights & blankets were brought to their attention.

The shower over bath in the ensuite had a very slippery floor. The room was up two flights of stairs. When we called after initially booking the room, we were told that the room was up one flight of stairs.

Central Plaza is well located. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented. The bathroom fitout was a little old, but very clean. The windows could be opened to allow a pleasant breeze throughout the apartment.

Unit was quite dated and we believe it was overpriced. Crockery and cutlery were limited in number and this meant dishes needed to be washed often or dishwasher used constantly to alleviate this.

Lovely pool, although sometimes cloudy Location was great, we could easily walk to everything Unit was clean, also after mid stay service Early check in and late check out were appreciated to fit in with our transport arrangements.
