Would have liked instructions on how to use the stove top - found it difficult to work so gave up and went and brought dinner

The location was excellent, a few minutes from the surf, shops, river and the local bus which takes you to all the major shopping centres as well as Noosa etc so you don’t have to use your own transport. The apartment itself was fabulous and the views mesmerising- ocean, river and mountains.

The weather wasn't the best, but the location gives you plenty of photo opportunities even in the wet.

Theres are complete units, so you get a proper lounge, dinning area and kitchen. The location is excellent and parking is available in house.

Aircons and fans were covered in dust. The living room aircon had what looked like black mould growing inside of the vents and in the unit. Dust bunnies were hanging from the ceilings. One of the kids beds had dust bunnies around the pillows.The extractor fans in both bathrooms didn't work, which caused the bathrooms to look like a scene from 'Gorillas in the Mist'. There were only 2 teaspoons for a 3 bedroom/ 6 person unit. The living room couches need to be upgraded as they looked dated and used.One could feel wooden beams under one's bottom when sitting on them. No aircon in the lifts. The pool was very small and had foam on top, which was strange. We checked in on Australia Day and the receptionist, who is not the usual one, was very cold when handing us our keys. She lacked social skills.

Excellent location - 50 m from the sea and Surf Club (for meals). The Coffee Club, Friendly Grocer and other coffee shops and bars were all within 150m of the hotel. Could walk from the beach to the lagoon. Apartment was very spacious. Loved the 360 views from apartment 39, on the 8th floor with its 3 balconies. Aircons in living room, main bed,and one guest bed (2 out of the 3 bedrooms).

Exit clean up rules are a bit strict. For example, dishes had to be washed and put away as opposed to just loading and running the dishwasher.

Louvres in adjoining the second bedroom and open en-suite in the main bedroom are an interesting design choice. Better and easier to operate TV in the lounge would be good as well

The glass on the balcony and sliding doors were not clean and spoiled the view. We cleaned them ourselves with tools provided.

I didn’t like the fact there were renovations going on next door which were very noisey. I ended up leaving lunch time on Monday. Would’ve been nice if staff told me that was going to be happening.

The pool.and spa area close at 8. Bit early if you are on holidays . Especially if you go out for dinner and want to relax in the spa after. Also we had a trournment if you come back late you can't use the pool as a cool down.

the shower in the ensuite was tiny ice cube trays in freezer were empty. lamp in twin room faulty and switched off when cable was touched

The first apartment was not up to a clean standard.

After speaking with management and being shifted to another apartment our following 4 nights were excellent and very comfortable. Thank you Management Staff.
